01/04/2024: We were very well received by the entire restaurant team. The decoration has been revisited, the new decoration is very pretty and cozy. The dishes are good and plentiful, beautiful presentation of the plates. Regulars of this place, the cuisine is always top notch. Thank you very much to Nicolas and the whole team! It’s a must-see restaurant in Arles.

26/03/2024: Small place but very cozy. Few dishes to choose from but very good. The cook and the head of the room very nice and attentive. Good value for money.
24/03/2024: Limited menu but... What a menu! We thoroughly enjoyed the imaginative dishes full of sauces with unexpected flavors. Fish, meat, pasta... everything was delicious.
The service was also excellent and we couldn't help but watch the chef cook; The truth is that seeing it in action was a joy.
We will come to Arles again just to be able to enjoy dinner at Le Gibolin!

Each time it is excellent, the menu changes often and each time the chef manages to surprise us! Everything is homemade and of high quality, right down to dessert, which is very rare. A little advice to book before, a little reminder by email will be sent to you and all you have to do is be served like royalty.

The 2 dishes were very good, the velouté also, the little sandwich too, the 2 delicious coconut chocolate cakes, the homemade apple ginger fruit juice a treat... What more can I say.... Yum yum

Warm environment. Efficient service.
A pleasant stopover for a quality meal.
However, be careful with the limited parking spaces.

03/04/2024: Restaurant: one of the chicest in Arles, the courtyard is quiet, and the setting at the bar is magnificent. The food is very good but the plates could be more generous, that's just me.
31/03/2024: Perfect location, sunny, colorful decor in the common areas and rooms that puts you in a good mood. The perfect and original rooms, not the usual hotel.
Welcoming and prepared staff. Arles deserves a hotel like the Arlatan.

25/03/2024: The dishes presented on the menu are not available and the replacement dishes do not have the ingredients offered. Very long wait. Compensation announced not respected. I advise against.
21/03/2024: We privatized the establishment for a group of 80 people for a seminar in Arles.
In the form of an aperitif dinner, our evening was hosted by the group Gipsy Kingdom.
We were welcomed very warmly by the teams, whose professionalism we emphasize.
