26/07/2026: A small restaurant I discovered last year, truly excellent, serving Lyonnaise cuisine with just the right touch from the chef, without ever compromising the integrity of the ingredients. Returning this year, even better: tongue with gribiche sauce and green bean salad, followed by perfectly pink veal liver – a delight from start to finish. Excellent wine selection and very helpful recommendations. Impeccable welcome and service.

26/07/2026: Authentic Mediterranean cuisine, everything is homemade with just the right amount of olive oil, garlic, and other typical southern ingredients. A charming little shaded terrace, very peaceful. We come back every year, never disappointed; the aioli is excellent, but so is everything else—it's always difficult to choose, as everything is delicious! Excellent service.

18/07/2026: I had the bourride which was easily the most delicious thing I ate during a month in France. The only downside was that it was more than I could comfortably eat, so I had to pass on dessert.

16/07/2026: Top-notch local cuisine and warm service! A refreshing and delicious summer starter, perfect for the heatwave! A flavorful bull stew served with Camargue rice. I mopped up every last bit of bread! The chocolate fondant was incredibly creamy, a delight for both the palate and the senses. Finally, a truly gooey chocolate fondant—it's been a long time! Efficient service with the warmth of the South, and helpful sightseeing tips too!

27/07/2026: The gentleman who served us was very nice, but the young woman wasn't very pleasant, bordering on disdainful… otherwise the food was good, we'll come back and we hope it's the gentleman who will serve us next time…

01/08/2026: I ate at Tonton Sam's during the photography festival and I have to say it was really nice! My girlfriend and I wanted a good burger, and Tonton Sam specializes in making them. The burger and fries are homemade, so the food is great! The price is a bit higher than a typical fast food place, but the quality of the ingredients is much better. We enjoyed the raclette burger, but we weren't as keen on the classic Sam burger (the tomato flavor was a bit too strong). As for the service, they are lovely and attentive if you need anything! I highly recommend it!

28/07/2026: Les Fromagères offers a carefully selected selection of the highest quality products, favoring small producers. Places like this are increasingly rare. For cheese lovers, a visit is a must.

15/07/2026: Very disappointed!!! We came four years ago, and the food was creative and pleasantly surprising. Today, it's bland. Make no mistake, it's nothing like the old restaurant.

08/07/2026: Having never visited Arles, we stopped at Chez Wilson restaurant. The warm weather made us tempted by a summer salad with burrata and pesto. What can I say! A true delight, and the pesto and burrata combination was simply wonderful. Kudos to the chef for this wonderful blend of flavors! We'll be back.

19/07/2026: A great place for a quick dinner for two, served on open-faced sandwiches of Poilâne bread, topped with fresh and generous portions. The welcome is warm and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. The owner greets you with a smile. You feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. A wonderful place that I highly recommend, and where I will gladly return! The icing on the cake? The prices are more than reasonable.
