10/09/2026: I am only reviewing hotel breakfast. Minimal, same every morning. If you stay for 3 nights or more, it gets a bit pooring. Very little attention and service, except good morning mister (and i am a woman). Sorry that I bother spending my money in your hotel and i dare to eat the breakfast.

05/09/2026: A great place that doesn't overcharge. The setting is pleasant with a beautiful view from the terrace.
The food is fresh and delicious, the service is quick, and the waiters are attentive.
I recommend it.
03/09/2026: Fantastic restaurant with high-quality dishes; we thoroughly enjoyed the rabbit and crispy chicken! The welcome and service were very warm, and the staff were always smiling – a real pleasure – not to mention the beautiful view from the terrace!

10/06/2026: Don't go, food is really ok for the price but the experience is terrible, the staff don't care for the customers, the manager (a woman with short hair) is the worse, she acts like she is doing a favor to you.

The owners and staff are very friendly and attentive to their guests. The hotel is very clean and the food is excellent! The same goes for breakfast!

The services are very poor.
The Wi-Fi is very bad, the air conditioning doesn't work at night, and there's no intercom to reception. This means that for anything needed, the guest has to go to reception. The minibar in the room doesn't work. Few employees who can't handle the workload.
26/05/2026: Incredible breakfast and attentive staff.
The rooms aren't very large and lack amenities like a Nespresso machine.
It's a shame there's no light meal service during the day, but other than that, no complaints.
Oh, it's so close to the road and quite noisy in the end :-(

14/04/2026: A lovely little snack bar in the heart of Les Baux-de-Provence. Simple meals (the homemade vegetable and chicken quiche was delicious) and very generous portions; the welcome and service are excellent. The colorful owner puts a smile on everyone's face.

Strawberry basil
Apricot rosemary with
lime
I like tangy flavors, and these sorbets were very icy with little bits of ice in the lime flavor.
The flavors are original; I liked it—a nice change.
The waitress was very friendly. There are small streets lined with little shops, but in April, it wasn't too hot and there weren't many people. A perfect visit.
09/04/2026: Expensive ice cream (€7.50 for 3 scoops), not very tasty, and some had ice crystals. It was very disappointing. The worst stracciatella we've ever had.

Cadre superbe avec vue sur les jardins et étang très bien entretenus.
Très vaste terrasse d'été avec tables bien dressées et intimes.
Cuisine raffinée.
Bon rapport qualité-prix .....Excellent moment pour une détente parfaite.
30/08/2024: Cuisine raffinée avec mets de qualité mais on peut regretter la quasi absence d’accompagnement sur le plat principal. Mon mari qui a bon appétit s’est calé avec du pain ! Nous avons été déçus par l’accord mets-vin et le service du sommelier qui nous a un peu oublié…

On est surpris du début à la fin, on n est pas simplement au restaurant mais en train d assister au spectacle d’un artiste et sa troupe
Et tout cela dans une ambiance simple et ultra conviviale
Ayant déjà fait plusieurs étoilés, je peux dire qu aucun ne m a autant agréablement surpris que celui ci
Nous reviendrons , c est certain !!!
20/08/2024: Le dîner à l'Oustau avec le chef Glen Viel était somptueux. Magnifique menu Ballade à 340€ avec notamment une bouillabaisse revisitée qui était incroyable. Le chef Viel vient discuter avec toutes les tables, il est charmant et très accessible et il prend même la pose pour faire quelques photos! Personnel très gentil et professionnel.
