03/09/2026: I have always loved French cuisine, and tonight was truly special. The Bouillabaisse was absolute perfection—rich, authentic, and packed with flavor. Coupled with the warm atmosphere and top-tier service from the wonderful team, Chef Fondon provided an extraordinary dining experience. Merci beaucoup!

09/08/2026: Double espresso with a splash of milk, cow's milk! (double hazelnuts, basically) with two slices of bread, tomato sauce, and a drizzle of olive oil, all for 15 euros 😳 In short, any Spaniard's breakfast for 3.5 euros (and I'm being generous). How did we get to this point?!? I don't think they even know themselves. I pay, vowing never to set foot on that terrace in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Marseille again…

18/09/2026: Disappointing lunch overall. The sardines with ricotta seemed fresh, but the dish felt very rich and one-dimensional. It needed more acidity, salt and contrast to balance the fattiness and make the flavours more interesting. Bread was dry and boring. The tuna was so overcooked that its dry, firm texture was more like eating chicken than tuna. The accompanying green beans and tomatoes were good, although the sauce was quite bland. The atmosphere was also disappointing. The outdoor area felt slightly shabby and offered no shade, so we were sitting directly in the sun and becoming uncomfortably hot throughout the meal. The indoor area was nicer, but the bathroom could have been cleaner. I paid around €40 and didn’t feel the overall experience justified the price. Two stars, and I wouldn’t return.

The fresh fish ceviches, tatakis, and desserts with their vibrant colors and delicate textures are simply divine! Bravo to everyone who keeps this exceptional place in Marseille alive. Pure bliss!

12/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Marseille's 7th arrondissement! At La Fabriquerie, we loved the concept: you can create your own plate according to your preferences, or choose the daily special. The ingredients are fresh, well-prepared, and bursting with flavor. A place I highly recommend.

28/06/2026: Looking for a decent pasta in Rome is tricky with so many tourists, but Cacio e Pepe doesn’t disappoint! Small menu, every bite delicious and don’t skip dessert…mandarin sorbet or Dubai chocolate ice cream, both hits! Wine wasn’t too bad either.

30/08/2026: It's a huge YES! 👏🏻 Having been regulars under the previous owner, we decided to give it another go. It's a classic Marseilles pizza, made with cheese, anchovies, and a half-and-half topping, plus the added bonus of Italian sausage and mozzarella. Fresh ingredients, generous amounts of cheese (Emmental and mozzarella), and expertly cooked in a wood-fired oven make this place a serious contender and a real challenge to the established giants in the city, which is fantastic. Special mention goes to the locally made pili pili, which is also excellent 🌶️❤️ We'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

The rib-eye steak was a marvel: perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. Others opted for the octopus, deliciously prepared, or the duck breast, which was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor. From appetizer to dessert, everything was as beautiful as it was delicious. Dishes crafted with care, refined flavors, and a presentation that makes you want to savor every moment. We were also deeply touched by the thoughtful touch with the dessert for our daughter's birthday, a simple yet heartfelt gesture that made the moment even more special ✨ We also had the pleasure of chatting with the owners, passionate and approachable people, with whom the conversation was as pleasant as it was genuine… even leading us to talk about Michael Jackson, an unexpected and delightful exchange that adds to the spirit of the place. 22/07/2026: Great sandwich, excellent merguez sausage, and the mechouia salad is nicely seasoned. The sardines are also delicious. The service is always courteous and friendly, even when the staff is busy. A great place for a good barbecue, I highly recommend it!
