02/02/2026: I tried the lobster with snow peas menu and frankly, it was a very pleasant surprise. The lobster was well-prepared, flavorful, and the combination with the emulsions worked perfectly: balanced and refined without being over the top. I also had the house cocktail, which was very enjoyable, well-balanced, and original. A really nice experience; I thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it! 👍

09/01/2026: A charming spot for traditional French comfort food and desserts. La Gourmandine is known for its friendly service and relaxed ambiance. Great for breakfast, brunch, or a light meal. Everything feels homemade, making it a pleasant place to slow down and enjoy simple flavors.

Everything was fantastic from entries to desserts, we really loved the formula “all you can eat, serve yourself”. Special cheers to Irina, the waiter, extremely kind and smiling. Explained to us everything in detail (even in English for our non French speakers)

03/11/2025: We had a wonderful 3-day stay in a magnificent house dating back to 1887, renovated by the owners themselves. They paid particular attention to the furnishings. Breakfast was very generous, with bread, butter, homemade jams, cold cuts, cheese, homemade yogurt, and fruit! We were warmly welcomed by Gaëlle and Thierry, with whom we enjoyed pleasant conversations. We shared a meal with the owners. They gave us excellent advice for exploring the region: Mirepoix, a pretty medieval village; the Gaulish village of Rieux-Volvestre; the cassoulet to try in Villefranche-de-Lauragais; and the walk along the Canal du Midi. We highly recommend this place. Daniel and Marie.

30/01/2026: Excellent experience. I stayed two nights for work, and the view overlooking the Cité de l'Espace was superb. The room was comfortable and clean; I appreciated the kettle and coffee machine. Special mention for the restaurant. Everything was impeccable. I highly recommend it.
