23/02/2026: Overall, a good restaurant serving quality cuisine.
One small drawback, however: one lunchtime, I ordered a dish that took quite a long time to prepare. I can certainly understand that some dishes require more time, but I would have appreciated being informed by the waitress. My meal thus lasted almost two hours, which is a bit long for a weekday lunch.
On the other hand, the desserts are rather expensive, but they are definitely worth it.

04/02/2026: Superb table d'hôte, home-style cooking. The dish changes with each service, and the rice pudding was excellent. As Bretons, Alain, the owner, welcomed us like royalty!

24/01/2026: We had a group meal at this restaurant…it was very good. The dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients, arrived hot, and the service was quick. There were 16 of us in a room reserved just for us, so for anyone looking for a place to have a group meal, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I stayed two nights for work, and the view overlooking the Cité de l'Espace was superb. The room was comfortable and clean; I appreciated the kettle and coffee machine.
Special mention for the restaurant.
Everything was impeccable.
I highly recommend it.

14/02/2026: The restaurant was full when we arrived... The menu was a bit long... but don't worry! The chicken liver salad, the herring with potatoes in oil, the beef, and the hake fillet on the set menu were all very good for a very reasonable price and served with typical brasserie speed. Make a reservation to avoid disappointment.
P.S.: The flambéed Baked Alaska and the chocolate mousse were also good.

25/10/2025: A very charming hotel in an incredible location, I really liked it.
The area is also incredible and very beautiful. This establishment has its own history, and I love the wood.
07/10/2025: I arrived the last day before the hotel closed last week. We were 10 customers, almost all cyclists.
The hotel is located in a beautiful valley, it is really impressive. The service was good and nice, and the room was nice as well.
It would merit a 5 star, but the reason I give a 4 star is the price. It was too expensive for the quality it gave.
But I might come back to explore the valley.

11/09/2024: Une expérience tout bonnement catastrophique. J'ai réservé pour un déjeuner un peu "amélioré" avec mon compagnon, dans ce lieu supposément très agréable et bon, et ce fut une belle erreur. D'une part, le cadre est assez impersonnel, très business avec une vue sur des poteaux, en gros, mais surtout au bout d'une heure, je n'avais eu que l'entrée, nous avons fini par partir et j'ai déjeuné d'un sandwich dans la rue, ce qui n'était pas exactement le plan. Mon compagnon, de son côté, a vu arriver son burger cuit à l'avance et réchauffé au four classique ou au micro-ondes, servi dans une assiette brûlante (il a été remplacé par un burger frais à notre demande).
