Adorable servers but overwhelmed by the amount of work. It’s a shame because the dishes are tasty. Maybe fewer tables even if it means increasing the price of the menu, that would be so much more pleasant.
I wish them every success by doing less but better

Let's not forget the service which is simply perfect, without overdoing it, they are just brilliant and know their job, I highly recommend this restaurant which for me is by far the best in Muret and its surroundings. 02/04/2024: I found this place while searching for duck conte and Toulouse sausage. Since this is a place that sells French home-style food, I thought they served it as a plate, but this is a buffet. There are a variety of pickled vegetables on a large table, and you can eat the main dish and dessert separately. The concept was amazing, but most of all, the taste was really good. It was the most delicious French food I had in France. There were pickled vegetables that were refreshing, so I ate more than my usual amount.
There was a baby chair. The person serving us was also very friendly.
I want to eat the sausage, rice, and pickled vegetables I ate today again!

01/04/2024: We had a work dinner with customers in the large table next to the wine cellar. The food was well presented and the taste was delicious. I can recommend to book in advance to book the table in the cellar.

12/10/2023: Deplorable both the welcome and what they dare to put on our plate. Highly unpleasant boss, extremely slow service. My Caesar salad was cooked by a sauce that was too vinegary, salad in the pocket not fresh. Really not good. Having lived in Montastruc for a long time, I hope that we will be able to eat properly elsewhere and very quickly!
