18/12/2023: UNE NOUVELLE INTOX 9 mois après !!! Mais fuyez cet établissement c’est inadmissible !!!! Mon fils est tombé dans les pommes et à vomi toute la nuit, il y a 9 mois il a vécu la même chose 😭😭 (dim 17/12/23 j’ai actualisé mon dernier avis) INTOXICATION ALIMENTAIRE Repas servi froid, salle de réception sale, poubelle qui débordent et en prime une intoxication alimentaire pour mon fils, HONTEUX fuyez passez votre chemin!!!!

15/11/2025: We are regular guests at Capfun campsites as we have five children. We have generally been very satisfied with our accommodations for many years, but during the summer of 2025, we booked at Capfun Donjon de Lars. We had a very bad experience because not only did we find the supervision very lax, but above all, we were victims of theft to which the campsite took absolutely no action. One evening around 10 pm, my son had his electric scooter stolen in the campsite square in front of a security guard by a campsite resident. Naturally, my son went to see the security guard since the theft occurred in the square and in front of the CCTV cameras. The security guard refused to intervene. I then went to the management, who reviewed the CCTV footage but refused to give me a copy. They refused to contact the police, who were present at the campsite that same day. They also refused to file a claim with their insurance company. So I called the Capfun group and was met with a woman who mocked me on the phone. She told me I could always write a letter, but it wouldn't do any good. No compassion, no desire to find a solution. For a family group, we've found better options. I wrote a letter to the Capfun group, but received no response. Basically, they sell a group focused on leisure and family, but ultimately, financial considerations take precedence because they offer no solutions and don't even bother to give you feedback. Their business practices definitely need to be changed to be more customer-focused. I'm not sure I'll be returning to Capfun next summer.

11/11/2025: We came for the Halloween weekend and there were no activities, which was a shame for the children. The restaurant staff were excellent, and a big thank you to the gentleman at the pool who brought us everything we needed to clean up my daughter's vomit.

15/08/2024: Franchement une belle adresse. Repas plutôt bon et copieux. Une mayonnaise faite maison (pas un tube, ou pire) Je recommande.

09/08/2024: Très bien super bon et copieux et agréable a l oeil accueil avec le sourire rapide et efficace on reviendra .je recommande.
