11/12/2023: A member of staff who appeared to be the manager totally disrespected us. Not a hello, nothing. It didn't take much for us to leave! Seeing the reviews I am very happy not to have eaten this disgusting cuisine (a worm found on a customer's plate...??) and not to have filled the pockets of such a poorly behaved person.
I do not recommend this place.
22/11/2023: I went there for dinner by chance without checking the reviews. What a surprise between what I read and what I experienced! Friendly waiters, generous crepes, prices… well, it’s Deauville eh, but nothing exorbitant either. Thank you for your warm welcome, and also thank you for being dog friendly.

26/03/2024: 12 of us came for a bachelorette party, wow thank you! The staff is very welcoming, the meals excellent and very generous. I recommend this address with my eyes closed, and I hope to return there soon
17/03/2024: We had reserved for 9 people, although we arrived a little late, but we received a very cold welcome. The waiter was pushy, unfriendly and the atmosphere in the restaurant was cold.
The rest did not go well since the quality of the dishes was not up to par. Disappointed with this address.

02/04/2024: A well-being break but which ends in total unhappiness: no count of people, we find ourselves queuing to be placed in front of the sauna or the hamam. A 10m x 10m swimming pool occupied on the schedule every hour by aquatic activities (aquabike, sport, etc.) where is the rest and well-being?
A relaxation zone with 7 indoor seats and 15 outdoor seats…
The target clientele is tourist through promotional offers during the end-of-year holidays so no effort is made to satisfy customers.
They should rename the slogan “the wellness factory”
01/04/2024: My partner and I had reserved Pool/Hammam/Sauna access for the morning with lunch. We were very disappointed... It's tiny! It's the first time I've done a thalassotherapy session where I completed the tour in 30 minutes! The pool is small and there are very few jets... No jacuzzi. Sauna not very hot because it is located outside so there are a lot of drafts with the comings and goings... Small rest room... We were expecting a more prestigious place! It's very expensive for the facilities offered... Lunch was simple but good.
Not memorable!

We came into the store and looked at the prices. It said €3.30 for a scoop of ice cream in a cup and €3.50 for a cone. We were still guessing how much it would cost when the woman came to the checkout with our normal-sized single scoop in the waffle and said it would cost €5.50. Usury! I could hardly believe it. This store is a total rip off.
19/03/2024: Hello, I would like to leave an opinion because having come with my allergic girlfriend, we were not allowed to look at the allergens supposedly for the safety of the establishment and no hello from the staff, we came on March 19, sorry to live in the region and to not to be vacationers

04/04/2024: Great atmosphere with friends (blind test, match on TV, friendly). The tapas and sangria were nice but the desserts were disappointing. Service OK, nothing more. Overall we had a very good evening.
