09/10/2023: A bit expensive for a snack. Our croque monsieur was overcooked (black sandwich bread). The goat cheese really didn't taste good. The brownie had a stale appearance. Otherwise we were correctly received, the rest of the order was good and the service went well.

03/04/2024: I am very disappointed and angry We came into the store and looked at the prices. It said €3.30 for a scoop of ice cream in a cup and €3.50 for a cone. We were still guessing how much it would cost when the woman came to the checkout with our normal-sized single scoop in the waffle and said it would cost €5.50. Usury! I could hardly believe it. This store is a total rip off.

02/04/2024: A well-being break but which ends in total unhappiness: no count of people, we find ourselves queuing to be placed in front of the sauna or the hamam. A 10m x 10m swimming pool occupied on the schedule every hour by aquatic activities (aquabike, sport, etc.) where is the rest and well-being? A relaxation zone with 7 indoor seats and 15 outdoor seats… The target clientele is tourist through promotional offers during the end-of-year holidays so no effort is made to satisfy customers. They should rename the slogan “the wellness factory”

01/04/2024: My partner and I had reserved Pool/Hammam/Sauna access for the morning with lunch. We were very disappointed... It's tiny! It's the first time I've done a thalassotherapy session where I completed the tour in 30 minutes! The pool is small and there are very few jets... No jacuzzi. Sauna not very hot because it is located outside so there are a lot of drafts with the comings and goings... Small rest room... We were expecting a more prestigious place! It's very expensive for the facilities offered... Lunch was simple but good. Not memorable!

06/04/2024: Ashamed !! Restaurant to avoid, and quickly. The staff is disrespectful and unfriendly. People pull our punches when we ask for more appetizers for fear of “waste”. Never seen. Cleanliness is not there: the waiters put the fresh toppings on the pizzas (Parma ham, bresaola, arugula) and cut mozzarella with their fingers while touching their noses and faces. and shaking hands with others. Expect to be disgusted: after spreading Nutella on a pizza, the waiter licked his fingers to remove the remains. Really disgusting, especially when you know that the dishes pass through their hands, and all this happens in front of the customers. And finally, the pompom on the Garonne, in order to get all the customers out, bells ring, as if we are animals. It feels like a farm, on the same level as goats and sheep. If you want to have a good evening without being disgusted at the slightest glance, go your way, it's a much better solution.

05/04/2024: I have never had such disgusting pizza. As much as the dough is very good, the topping is of the lowest quality and completely ruins the pizza.

01/04/2024: Very low-end cuisine. Personally chicken curry surely reheated and re-heated very dry. For 17 euros My husband takes a plate of undercooked pasta with industrial tomato sauce for 12 Euros, a Perrier for 4 euros. Staff a little overwhelmed. Surely nice for a refreshment but there are much better quality options around with a sea view plus for lunch.
