10/07/2025: Friendly staff and attentive service. The meal was good.

08/07/2025: The manager is a guy who thinks he's a big shot in the business world, with his short hair and condescending way of showing off! Taking bills out of his pocket to put them in the register, strange! And looking down on his staff in front of the customers, but ultimately, he's an inhumane fool. During a time when seasonal workers are scarce! You have to ask yourself the right questions: why? That said, the food is decent without striving for excellence; it's certainly not a gourmet restaurant. We should go elsewhere. The welcome is friendly, the service is friendly, with young people full of goodwill. We dealt with Nathan, who is really great!

18/01/2025: We chose to have a vercingetorix fondue and it was delicious! Fast service, friendly staff. We had a lovely time and we will come back to try other dishes 🍽️

18/01/2025: Upon entering, 3 people at reception and not a single one who said hello to us. The person who served us kept sighing. For the atmosphere we will come back.. the food is good.

27/09/2024: I chose ravioli and Italian bread. The waitress forgot the bread order. My sauce was completely cold. It was taken back to be reheated( should have given me a new hot order?) . My daughter's salad wasn't fresh either and had very little dressing, so was unpleasant. 3/4 through the meal I found a label from a salmon packet in the food. My dish was not fish. We were offered a free coffee which we declined but the manager would only offer a 20% reduction on the food. The restaurant was very busy with a long queue to pay, I didn't want to argue about it as there were a lot of people already looking, as it was clear there was an issue. She jumped the queue for us so we would leave quickly. I feel strongly that I should not have had to pay for a dish that should never have been served. Overall the food was poor but the customer service was terrible.

24/07/2024: Second experience on a Monday evening (July 22 at 8:00 p.m.). A young woman alone took the orders and served the drinks and dishes, there were 4 of us with a unique dish each and planning, as usual, when we eat at the restaurant, the dessert, the coffee or even the digestive (spoiler alert, we will go and eat dessert elsewhere.). A young man behind the bar, to cash customers (very few want to pay, because everyone is waiting for their order.). We take our order around 8:00 p.m., the drinks arrive relatively quickly, thanks to the lady for that (fortunately we had chosen unlimited drinks, given the rest of the meal). After the departure of the neighboring table who could no longer stand waiting for their dessert, we will have to wait until 8:45/50 p.m. to have our 4 dishes. During our long wait, another young man from the kitchens (cap and kitchen outfit) appears at the bar and starts chatting with the man waiting for payments. Like the old movie, “is there a pilot on the plane” we have come to wonder “is there a cook in the kitchen”. Having more than 10 years of experience in catering, I understand the temptation to reduce staff on evenings at the start of the week like Mondays, which are very sparsely attended, but perhaps we should take care of the few of customers that we have, in order to try to keep them? Apart from that (and I think it's already quite good.) The dishes served are very good even if the dishes had to wait for a few minutes given the temperature when they were served to us. I will continue to come, because I like the dishes offered and the world of the restaurant, but all the same wondering if the competitors offering similar services are not worth the detour.

04/09/2024: Tres déçu Hélas nous avons commandé notre repas en même temps notre repas et notre apéritif . A peine notre apéritif servi dans un verre pas très propre notre plat est arrivé pas le temps de boire tranquillement notre apéritif en tête à tête De ce fait nous avons mangé notre plat froid Très déçu des plats proposés A éviter surtout qu il y beaucoup de restaurants dans la zone commerciale Heureusement que tout les restaurants 3 brasseurs ne sont pas comme celui de Mondeville

03/09/2024: Cher pour ce qu il y a dans l assiette, on sent qu il faut usiner dans ce restaurant, et faire du chiffre. Le contenu des assiettes c est une honte, le choux des choucroutes acide (depuis combien de temps était il en train de réchauffer ?), les welshs c est du pain à Burger (très mauvais) baignant dans du cheddar qui a durcir… où on y cherche le steak haché (dont la cuisson était d ailleurs mal maîtrisée). Ils feraient bien de goûter leurs plats avant de les proposer aux clients. Seules les bières étaient bonnes ….Très déçus

15/12/2024: Ugh. Average quality experience. As a little girl, I remember Flunch as a quality, family restaurant. I used to go there with my parents. We went there as a family, with the children, this weekend. Only the breaded fish fillets at €8.99 and the chicken burger at €9.99 were up to par. Parcontre, the sauerkraut at €11.99 and the banana dessert with whipped cream and chocolate at €2.59: meh. The sausages, already small, had no taste from being reheated. On the other hand, the banana desserts were disgusting: the bananas, used at the bottom of the glasses, were too tasteless, mushy, too ripe and too blackened, they should have been thrown in the trash, the person was in the process of throwing them away. prepare pancakes and ice cream, I understand, I don't like waste but still!! What a disappointment. I didn't expect this mediocrity, especially at the price we pay. I would have been better off having yogurt. Likewise, a small slice of chocolate cake costs €3.59 and a simple small espresso €1.39. As for the topping, the variety leaves something to be desired, in the past we had more choice. We pay more and more for a meal of increasingly poor quality, Flunch has lost a lot of quality in recent years. It's a shame.

07/12/2024: We are talking about “fast food” I still wonder where the “fast” is after 30 minutes of waiting to collect an order and for the “food” which arrives cold, and there are missing products. I'm not even talking about the customers who wait standing with their orders while waiting for seats to become available. An organization to be reviewed as quickly as possible for customer satisfaction.
