14/09/2026: Great establishment, beautiful decor, warm welcome and above all, excellent food

07/09/2026: Upon entering Les Trois Brasseurs, one expects: a brewery = beer and conviviality; far from a restaurant where each table is well spaced apart; meals with generous portions of sauce—this isn't Weight Watchers. The decor pays homage to the spirit of a brewery and beer. The experience and the destination are exactly what I was hoping for; it had been recommended to me for a long time. The only downside was the lack of smiles in the service, though not by everyone, which is a shame, as it's the first impression one gets of a restaurant or business. I'll just have to come back on a rugby match night to see if the atmosphere changes.

30/08/2026: Extremely disappointing experience. The hamburger was overcooked, and the pepper sauce wasn't really pepper sauce. As for the andouillette sausage, it was only three pieces, and the wholesome mustard sauce was replaced with just basic mustard. In short, McDonald's would have been much better for the price.

29/08/2026: A very serious problem with the extremely slow service; you wait an hour between the starter and the main course. In total, a ruined meal and a waste of time. Avoid this place.

05/09/2026: Overall, a very nice experience! The setting is really lovely, with a very successful and appealing themed decor. I would just point out two minor drawbacks: regarding the children's menu, a slightly larger portion of fries would be welcome. As for the burger, it's a shame not to be able to choose how the meat is cooked. However, I understand that this isn't necessarily the restaurant's specialty, and that certainly won't stop me from coming back to discover and try other dishes. A great experience in a pleasant setting.

22/08/2026: We arrived in Caen today. There's a wide choice of restaurants near the hotel, so we chose this one. We had a Croute Forestiere and a Tartiflette Normane, both very good. The Vercingétorix fondue was disappointing: tasteless boiled potatoes, dry sausage that turned out to be nothing more than salami, and black bread that would have been better if toasted for the cheese fondue, which was very good. The staff were friendly, and the place was beautiful.

29/08/2026: Whatever you do, don't order a ribeye steak.

27/08/2026: Stopped by yesterday afternoon for a snack. Excellent service from a very pleasant young man who did his job attentively to the customer 👏👏👏
