13/02/2024: We really enjoyed Tripoux for us, it’s TripouS. Perfect welcome and meal. Discovery of an authentic truffade with also a variation made from dry bread which replaces the potato: TOP patranque 👌 top cheese. I recommend the trout with bacon, a delight
