23/07/2024: It's rare that I give 5 out of 5 stars ~ but this hotel fully deserves them.
A very service-minded staff, whether it is the host couple or the cleaning staff. Every day we were greeted with a smile and friendliness and all the staff help to create a unique atmosphere.
The hotel is wonderfully quiet and has a beautiful heated pool with parking right outside the hotel.
The breakfast is fantastic and is continuously replenished with products, a large part of which is homemade.
The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and 3 min. walk to the beach.
One of the best hotels we have been to.

03/09/2024: Perfect stay for my other half's birthday. Nothing to say, everything was great: receptionist, restaurant, facilities with the wellness area and even being able to recharge my electric car at my destination.
I will come back with pleasure.

14/09/2024: The first waiter didnt greet us and knew little about the menu
We were seated ouside as we hadnt booked and were then attended to by a waitress who was also not welcoming
Our meals were not at all pleasing: the pizzas were dry and the moules, advertised as marinieres, came without any sauce
When we told the waitress she didnt apologise, in fact she was rather abrupt, took the moules away and was seen through the window just adding hot water.
The accompanying chips were cold and greasy and we had to ask for bread
As new holiday makers to the area this was a very unpleasnt experience
We left with no farewell from the staff
WE will definitely not return

15/08/2024: Accueil chaleureux, service agréable, galettes tout comme les crêpes sucrées sont très bonnes. Le cadre est magnifique. Seul petit bémol la portion de salade en supplément n'est pas assez généreuse à mon goût.

J’ai du mal à comprendre comment en appelant la veille pour le lendemain, à 11h pour 13h et ce à trois reprises différentes on peut m’annoncer un restaurant complet !
J’ai appelé des 10h30 pour le midi sur deux jours différents et j’ai eu le répondeur au moins dix fois…aucune possibilité de réserver en ligne. Quel est le secret ?!!
Il s’agit d’une crêperie en pleine saison d’août ! Comment peut on imaginer un seul service pour un repas qui se veut plutôt rapide !
C’est vraiment dommage pour les touristes !

Warm welcome. Excellent dinner served by a very professional and cheerful team. Very good breakfast.
Very good bedding but
small downside for the aging carpet, the rusty towel dryer and the absence of a kettle in the room.
27/08/2024: Very good evening, good mussels and fries. The fantastic group Feeling good performed there, and the atmosphere and artists were great.
I highly recommend such pleasant evenings in front of the ocean, on the seafront of Châtelaillon beach

01/09/2024: The pizza at Pascal was a recommendation during my stay in Châtelaillon-Plage, I always ate extremely well during the several times I ordered, impossible to get tired of them.
I would have liked to put it in my suitcase for my return to Paris but I don't think he would have accepted.
I recommend with your eyes closed for a tasting that you will not forget.
Thanks again Pascal, hoping you won't leave.

For two nights, restaurant on the beach and breakfast in the room..
It was perfect, the friendly staff, the perfect room, and the perfect meals too.
