09/09/2026: We've never been disappointed eating Papi's spring rolls. Whether you buy them at the market on Saturday morning or eat them at the restaurant, you're guaranteed a good meal. The spring rolls are the best I've ever tasted, and the other dishes are excellent too. The added bonus is that the service is always top-notch!

26/08/2026: Excellent food at very reasonable prices in a lovely establishment. A very warm welcome. It's a shame the service seemed completely overwhelmed. Dishes arrived at the table in dribs and drabs (5 minutes between courses for each course, and this was the case at every table). Needs improvement.

09/07/2026: I just bought some barely edible spring rolls... they didn't look very fresh and had very little filling besides rice noodles... The shrimp were cut into extremely thin slices and had no taste. Plus, the staff's friendliness must be optional.

Good pool and an amazing restaurant for dinner. Service was great in the restaurant and reception too.
Unfortunately we faced a really rude lady in the breakfast room. She made us feel like we were for some reason not good enogh to visit her hotelbreakfast. The woman left us feeling strange and for that reason we had to take on star away from this otherwise lovely and beautiful hotel…
02/06/2026: We have stayed here before, the hotel is lovely in a fantastic location. However, this time we just had dinner. They've reduced the menu, and it's not as good. Happily the staff are still attentive and friendly. The location by the river, where you can enjoy drinks on the lawn, is perfect. Please Mercure: review your menu.

26/07/2026: The chef is fantastic, super friendly, and chatty with his wife and kids too. Nothing to complain about, a really great place, I highly recommend it. The pizzas are generously topped and absolutely delicious, impeccable! 😉👍🏽

Very disappointing. Undercooked fries, greasy meat.
And the dessert had suspicious hairs.
We didn't eat it.

13/10/2026: A fantastic discovery at Cap Nell Restaurant! We particularly enjoyed the salad, which was as beautiful as it was delicious, with its delightful crunchy pieces and fruity touches. Everything was perfect, from the food to the service, not to mention the very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

07/09/2026: Very good restaurant. The burger was excellent with real fries. The salmon stew was also excellent, with lovely shrimp and good seasonal vegetables.
Very good value for money in a very pleasant setting.
Worth trying. Tip: book for lunch and then visit the Cordeliers Royal right next door! 😃

19/08/2026: The ice cream was absolutely delicious, the scoops were huge. Excellent value for money. However, the cups are much too small to eat properly; they threaten to spill with every bite.
11/08/2026: I lived in Rochefort for three years, and Kivahan was a real comfort! It was the perfect place to relax, whether alone or with friends.
The service was always excellent, and absolutely everything there was delicious!
I'll cherish the memories.
