06/05/2026: I was already familiar with the Inn Design hotel in Rochefort. I wasn't disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, and all the essentials are there. The value for money is excellent. The location is very accessible from the main roads. The option to dine on-site is a plus, although I didn't try the restaurant. The welcome was very warm. The staff is very attentive to guests. I highly recommend this establishment.

21/03/2026: I'm leaving a glowing review of the restaurant's exceptional quality. The chef is incredibly talented. The dishes are refined, the flavor combinations subtle, and the service impeccable. I was blown away... stop by for dinner; the menu is truly worthy of a top chef. Not to mention the extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere of this hotel, which is indeed very peaceful. Complete silence is so rare these days... in short, I recommend it without hesitation.

19/07/2026: My family and I came to eat with our three children. We were sitting at a table, having dinner, when a staff member came to tell us we had to finish our meal outside because it was 11 p.m. and the dining room was closing. In that case, why are you still taking orders at the table if you know you're going to close the dining room a few minutes later? My youngest son is very afraid of enclosed spaces. When the employee said she was going to close the dining room, he had a full-blown panic attack. He wouldn't stop crying, and we were forced to leave without being able to finish our meal in peace. Doesn't anyone monitor your establishment? Are your management or the owner aware of this kind of behavior? Weren't you ever taught respect for customers and professional ethics? It seems like your only goal is to make money and that you only see customers as a source of revenue. This will be my last visit to McDonald's Rochefort. I am deeply disappointed by the way my family was treated.

15/07/2026: I went to lunch at this restaurant with my mother, and we were very disappointed by the service. From the moment we arrived, the manager who seated us was not at all friendly, which immediately created a bad atmosphere. Furthermore, seeing the owner sitting at a table near the entrance and then going to smoke a cigarette right outside the restaurant is neither professional nor pleasant for other customers. The most disturbing thing was that we had barely finished our dessert when the bill was brought to us without us even asking for it. We felt like they were trying to get us to leave quickly, which was very unpleasant. The food was decent, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to compensate for the poor quality of the welcome and service. Fortunately, in other establishments of the same chain, like the one in Saintes, the experience is much more pleasant, and the staff is far more welcoming. It's a real shame because, beyond the food, the welcome and respect for customers are essential. For our part, this experience does not make us want to come back.

07/07/2026: Living in the same building as the restaurant, I've had enough. The lobby is regularly filled with an unbearable smell of rotting fish, to the point that it's sometimes difficult to go home without feeling nauseous. The problem seems to stem from the restaurant's garbage management. The garbage is sometimes left outside long enough for the odor to permeate the entire lobby, and even after it's collected, the smell can linger for days. It's a daily nuisance that residents have to endure for no reason. What's most frustrating is that I've already reported this problem to the manager several times. Despite this, I haven't seen any change. I felt like the residents' complaints were completely ignored. It's time this restaurant took responsibility. Residents have a right to a clean building and a minimum of respect. Better waste management is essential, because the situation has become intolerable.

03/04/2026: I called them at 9:15 PM on a Friday night to order two pizzas. They refused my order, saying they closed at 9:20 PM, even though their website states 9:30 PM as their closing time. Frankly, it's not like it takes an hour to make two half-frozen pizzas. They simply didn't want to finish five minutes late. Not very professional of them.
