17/10/2025: A very nice restaurant, where we were extremely well received. The dishes (lamb shanks and lasagna) and desserts were excellent, and so was the wine!

05/07/2025: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The welcome was warm and the service attentive from start to finish. The dishes were generous and delicious, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients.
04/07/2025: Good but not enough in quantity on the plates for the price, it's not normal! Both the savory dishes are too light, and the desserts are nicely presented but even a 10-year-old would still be hungry! My advice is to think about a side dish with the dishes! Service needs to be reviewed! Disrespectful comments! Really disappointed!

Corsican atmosphere. Super warm welcome... We tasted the Corsican specialties... Everything was super excellent, fresh, homemade, and plentiful. Beautiful Corsican wine cellar.

28/10/2025: A chance discovery during a morning stroll. We made a reservation for dinner after seeing the appetizing menu. We were not disappointed.
A warm welcome, a detailed menu description with lots of interesting information about the seasonal products (including lobster).
The dishes are beautiful, tasty, hearty, and original, all while respecting the freshest ingredients.
Warm, professional service.
Truly a wonderful place for epicureans eager to discover quality Corsican cuisine.
26/10/2025: Very nice place in the old town, top-notch wine, decent service, food: poor, small portions, quality could definitely be improved. The price was disproportionate to the offerings.
The waitress was friendly and willing to translate the menu into Italian for us. The place is not child-friendly.

11/12/2025: A very pleasant room, booked for one night to coincide with the opening of the Bonifacio Christmas market, overlooking the port. Excellent value for money, perfectly meeting our expectations.
02/11/2025: The wait was so long we had to call the waiter, who was clearly annoyed.
The prices were exorbitant.
The waiter's attire was appallingly sloppy, not to mention the sweat he wiped with the very hand he used to serve us. This was the second week of October. What would it be like in July or August?
I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Good quality food. The Corsican burger was excellent. The portion size is perfect: neither too light nor too filling!
The welcome and service are very good. There was little wait, and the prices are quite reasonable.
The atmosphere is warm, even though there were relatively few people: there's a working wood fire!
Parking is very easy and free, too.
A bonus: the sound system in the restaurant is very good.
Highly recommended!

25/10/2025: On October 22 at noon, this bar restaurant no longer had aniseed aperitif, even though it was indicated on the menu and had already been served to the neighbors... It is true that it is the cheapest drink on the menu... As we leave, the waiter openly mocks us, obsequiously wishing us a good day several times...

22/02/2026: We had a truly wonderful evening at U Castillé! The fish and pasta dishes were simply outstanding – incredibly fresh, cooked to perfection, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The seafood pasta and the fish were especially noteworthy.
The ambiance is also very charming and cozy, and the service is attentive and friendly. You can immediately tell that quality and passion go into the kitchen. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy truly excellent fish and pasta! 🐟🍝
03/11/2025: This restaurant is the best in Bonifacio! There are several dining rooms available, and the pizzas are to die for! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
