27/08/2024: Quatrième visite en deux ans. À chaque fois un vrai plaisir ! Bienvenue à l'Auberge du col Saint-Georges. C'est un établissement familial, convivial et chaleureux. L'accueil y est excellent, gentil et bienveillant. Les plats sont soigneusement confectionnés avec des produits du terroir. Les amoureux de bons vins ne seront pas en reste. Le sommelier dispose d'une carte très fournie et sa cave est de toute beauté. N'hésitez pas à demander un conseil si vos connaissances en vins Corse sont limitées. Cet établissement est très prisé, pensez à réserver.

18/09/2024: This was our last dinner while in Corsica. The best waiter service, delicious seafood dishes and desserts. It's a pity that we discovered this place so late.

09/09/2024: Arrived in Porticcio around 4 p.m. without having eaten and pleasant surprise to be served a salad! So we went back twice. Magnificent setting, welcoming, responsive and kind staff! Very good dishes, well seasoned, including the Caesar salad, the veal liver, the pasta, in short, everything perfect!

08/09/2024: Arrives at 8:30 p.m. on a stormy evening….Aperitif and main course served at the same time……A Cesar salad made all in bulk without any presentation, more salad than ingredients……..even I have it do better To avoid……I understand better that certain restaurants have more customers

18/09/2024: We arrived to have a coffee break in this magnificent place with an exceptional view.. A little early, 9 a.m. The staff arrived and worked on cleaning and tidying up. The establishment opened at 10 a.m. We were allowed to stay seated in the straw hut. The sun, the place, the view and the tranquility made time pass quickly. The pleasant place to look at. The friendly staff. Just a remark, the armchairs from a distance make you want to own them, but less up close. The foam, the white and non-waterproof fabric do not make you want... But that doesn't bother you, this magnificent place and its space which also allows you to sit elsewhere. Double coffee, price level is identical practiced in certain places on the island. We will undoubtedly come back to party, they have some great headliners in high season and I think the atmosphere is recognized!
