08/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic! A warm welcome, a refined and intimate dining room. Excellent cuisine, beyond reproach in both presentation and flavor. The sommelier can suggest a glass of wine to pair with each course upon request. A delightful discovery awaits. Not to mention the excellent value for money, especially considering its Michelin star. We'll definitely be back to try the tasting menu.

28/02/2026: Excellent meal, very friendly and humorous staff, pleasant and accessible for people with reduced mobility (I'm in a wheelchair, but I haven't tested the toilet). It was very pleasant to chat with the chef at the end of the meal; charming, interesting, and not complicated. See you soon for the mille-feuille – it was amazing! Thank you to the whole team at La Vieille Tour Trans. (Put the chef in charge and keep your sommelier!)

16/03/2026: I don't usually leave public reviews, but I can't stay silent! The welcome was appalling. We waited 10 minutes outside the restaurant before being seated. A waiter explained that his manager was in charge of seating customers. Yet, he was at the back of the restaurant on his phone… Following this, the same man gave me and a friend unsettling looks. We felt uncomfortable throughout, with tasteless humor and a feeling of heavy-handed flirting! To top it all off, there were several mistakes during service with the main courses and desserts, and this waiter even had the nerve to sit at our table while our husbands were out smoking! Luckily, the woman behind the bar apologized after we reported it. The restaurant itself is very charming and the food is good, but this lack of professionalism from the manager clearly needs to be addressed. I hope it will be replaced before the warmer weather arrives so we can fully enjoy this setting!
