24/12/2023: Five of us arrived one hour before closing time without reservation. We were welcomed and after a few moments we were take to a table in a gorgeous rock cavelike dining room. Only one of our party spoke some French but our hostess was very gracious and patiently gave us all the assistance we needed. The service was impeccable, the food was amazing in appearance and delicious to the palate. Thank you L’Oxalis for a perfectly wonderful evening.

21/01/2026: We spent one night at this hotel with our two children. We received a wonderful welcome; all the staff were friendly and attentive. We loved the style and decor of the hotel and enjoyed an afternoon at the crocodile farm, just 10 minutes from the hotel (a very popular outing for the children). I highly recommend this hotel ☺️

16/11/2025: We came this summer. We're regulars at this restaurant because we're from Saint-Paul. My mother-in-law ordered an artichoke pizza. What a surprise, and what a shock, to find pieces of glass inside! We called the waiter and also the owner, who told us it was strange and that he would check in the kitchen. He came back to tell us that, indeed, a cook had broken a jar of artichokes and had still used the remaining artichokes to prepare the pizzas. We received an apology, but a very weak one, and despite this, we were charged for the artichoke pizza with pieces of glass. I find this unacceptable and completely unprofessional. This is the last time they'll ever see us.
