09/01/2026: It's a shame we came on a Sunday and had to deal with some very noisy families, which somewhat spoiled our enjoyment.
Otherwise, the welcome was perfect, the waiter was very courteous and apologized for the wait.
The food was delicious and well-prepared.
31/12/2025: A lovely restaurant with a beautiful setting, excellent cuisine prepared with quality ingredients, and attentive servers who do their best to satisfy customers. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, as despite the efficient service, the restaurant is a victim of its own success.
Nevertheless, I highly recommend this charming place.

24/01/2026: Everything was perfect! The waiter gave us a very warm welcome, with a relaxed yet pleasant demeanor. We ordered the evening menu (starter + main course + dessert) and it was as beautiful as it was delicious! All accompanied by a glass of wine and a cocktail. From the chef to the servers, everyone is clearly skilled and it shows. We highly recommend it!
25/10/2025: I do not understand great reviews for this place. The menu is most unimaginative and incredibly overpriced. The tapas ("specialy") are a zero effort on part of the kitchen - essentially resellling prepared deli type foods. The outside terrace is flanked by the passing traffic so exhaust fumes and noise are part of the experience (but that's not unique to this place). The service is very friendly though and you benefit from a view of the cité. My recommendation is to skip this if you are looking for a good meal.

30/11/2025: We recently went to this restaurant for lunch because the online reviews were very good. We were disappointed because there was no atmosphere, no music, and a TV was playing a scene of a woman being murdered while we were with children. We found it overpriced for what it was.
08/11/2025: The restaurant is very nice. The staff are too. However, I ordered a paella with rabbit and chicken... I'm still looking for the chicken, which was apparently replaced by pieces of beef (I imagine it was tasteless, as I only managed to eat a tiny bit) that were extremely overcooked... which I couldn't eat. It's a shame because the place was lovely.

01/09/2024: We went to the effort of booking a table at this restaurant knowing from the reviews that it would be busy. When we turned up they initially ignored us. When I said we had a reservation they checked and couldn’t find it. I showed them my confirmation email but got no apology. Just told there was no room and to leave. Much friendlier staff in all the other lovely restaurants we visited.
31/08/2024: Très bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel souriant et agréable, service rapide et efficace.
La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande vivement.

03/09/2024: I was so disappointed with this tapas bar. I really thought it was going to be lovely, we ordered ...
Beef nachos (were soggy with hardened cheese cause it was left on the counter for ages)
Calamari (heated under a grill , chewey not fully warm and inedible)
Cod fritters (just from a bag from the freezer and heated up- no flavour)
croque misure (it was just a toasted ham n cheese) I got sick a few times after these "TAPAS"
The staff were more interested in seeing and taking to friends than they were in serving , I asked for bill 2ce and in the end we had to go in and get it.. not 4* worthy at all. The gentleman who greeted us there was lovely thats bout all.

Ich hatte einen Salat mit Ziegenkäse der sehr reichlich war und gut geschmeckt hat.
Mein Mann hatte einen Burger mit Hähnchen, das leider sehr trocken war.
Die Kartoffeln dazu waren gut.

24/11/2024: Nous avions décidé de nous arrêter boire un verre et de fil en aiguille, la gentillesse et l'humour de Pierre et son équipe nous ont décidé à y manger. Le DJ passait de la musique tout en permettant aux gens de discuter. Nous avons, ma femme et moi passé une soirée très agréable dans une ambiance décontractée et amicale.
Nous avons mangé des tapas et je dois dire que les portions étaient généreuses.
Si vous passez par Limoux pour un séjour ou juste pour une halte, je vous conseille le Vin te deux.
Nous savons où nous arrêter la prochaine fois que nous serons dans le coin.
