05/02/2026: We went with one other couple and had a very enjoyable evening. We went on a Wednesday in February so it might be more crowded on other nights, but it was very quiet the night that we were there.
Between us we had the Rabbit/Chicken Paella and the Cod. Both dishes were very good. We had the charcuterie for an appetizer. It was excellent. I had ice cream for desert. It was nothing special. (But its ice cream.) We had a couple of bottles of white wine. Also very good.
The server was attentive but we weren't rushed at any point in the meal.
The location is cozy. About 20 or so tables. And they quietly played Spanish music in the background on the TV. It was lovely.

01/09/2024: We went to the effort of booking a table at this restaurant knowing from the reviews that it would be busy. When we turned up they initially ignored us. When I said we had a reservation they checked and couldn’t find it. I showed them my confirmation email but got no apology. Just told there was no room and to leave. Much friendlier staff in all the other lovely restaurants we visited.

La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande vivement.

24/11/2024: Nous avions décidé de nous arrêter boire un verre et de fil en aiguille, la gentillesse et l'humour de Pierre et son équipe nous ont décidé à y manger. Le DJ passait de la musique tout en permettant aux gens de discuter. Nous avons, ma femme et moi passé une soirée très agréable dans une ambiance décontractée et amicale.
Nous avons mangé des tapas et je dois dire que les portions étaient généreuses.
Si vous passez par Limoux pour un séjour ou juste pour une halte, je vous conseille le Vin te deux.
Nous savons où nous arrêter la prochaine fois que nous serons dans le coin.
