16/10/2026: I spent a week in Bidart at the end of September, and in the late afternoon, after excursions, we always stopped there; excellent bread, cereals and crepes, and the staff too.

04/10/2026: A huge thank you to Thierry Cornu of Le Spot and his team: I had the pleasure of celebrating my birthday at this establishment with 75 guests. The evening was a resounding success, exceeding all my expectations. The staff were accommodating, lovely, efficient, and always smiling.
The service was top-notch. The dinner was excellent, featuring high-quality ingredients (gazpacho, hake Spanish style, and Baked Alaska). The venue is very pleasant, with a large terrace offering mountain views for aperitifs, and the indoor dining area includes a spacious dance floor. Well done, Le Spot!

03/10/2026: The €25 set menu included a very nice and generous starter. I had the ribeye steak, which was very tough and not very large, and the portion of fries wasn't sufficient. But overall, it was good value for money.
27/09/2026: Everything has already been said in the previous comments. An unpleasant owner, clearly not cut out for business. He forgets to speak properly. This is rare enough in the Basque Country to warrant mentioning, especially since there are so many good restaurants here and the welcome is often warm…
