First and foremost, the staff are incredibly kind, with a warm, family atmosphere and genuinely pleasant people who love what they do.
The food is delicious, made with high-quality ingredients.
The duck confit is a real treat.
A sure bet in Espelette!

21/10/2025: Had a drink on the terrace. It's afternoon, there are few customers, the waitress isn't busy yet she is very unpleasant and speaks to us in a contemptuous tone both when taking our order and when paying. No hello, no goodbye, no thank you, no smile.

20/01/2026: Friendly staff. Good atmosphere as a choir was eating there that day. The starter and main course were good and generous, the dessert was less impressive.
