Only one car in front of me, not many people in the parking lot and terrible service. Taking an order with a person who is more than cold and barely friendly, doesn't hear me, gives me a golden menu even though I have read a best of... makes me wait while taking the order Error during bagging (same person) When I handed it over, I didn't even have time to say "phew" that she was already gone. Forced to ask for help super loudly, by calling a chef from my car I am still asked to wait, I see other cars passing by, also with unsatisfied customers because I see them getting out of their vehicle with tickets and bags in hand! I even chat with one person who complains a lot. I ended up going to get my sandwich and I admit that I was not friendly and without regrets... And to finish, obviously my order remained in a bag and lukewarm or even cold. And all that in addition to 45 minutes.. I won't come back, that's clear! 05/04/2024: *quick reaction from management, thank you for the offer *I order by click and collect from the parking lot. I'm waiting for more than twenty minimum (order that will never arrive) I had to go inside, three people at the cash register who were talking to each other, I asked them for my order which was obviously close . And tells me that they surely must not have seen me while I've been waiting for 30 minutes in the click and collect parking lot. The only thing they have to say to me is I'm sorry. The service is clearly worth REVIEWING

03/04/2024: I passed on Wednesday April 3 with a work colleague, very poorly received by a black guy with a braid stuck to my cash register, no sense of service, it's deplorable, an establishment to avoid, I don't recommend it at all, but then a bad experience and yet KFC it's an institution in my house. I found my happiness at Macdo 20 meters away. You have just lost a customer!

27/04/2024: A big rant against the burger king of Cormontreuil. No dogs allowed (written in very small letters on the front door!). So we order and only then are we told that we won't be able to eat inside. Ok let's go out, we want to sit outside... but there isn't a table outside!! It's a shame ! There are animals that are cleaner and less noisy than some humans, and that doesn't stop them from being able to eat indoors!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡
