15/02/2026: A very warm welcome despite our group of six and our arrival after the other restaurants' kitchens had closed. The selection of dishes is excellent and the food delicious. But most importantly, we were greeted by Philippe and his team of professionals. They were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. This restaurant is definitely among my favorites and I will be back. Thank you, Philippe, and see you soon! 28/10/2025: It's certainly cheap, but frankly, it's not good. The beef lasagna (I'm still looking for the beef, the pasta was undercooked) plus the dry, tasteless chocolate-pear cake are a different story. Don't hesitate to go to Frichti next door... (The staff are pleasant, though.)

25/01/2026: The toilets cost money and aren't always clean... Despite the crowds, there was little waiting. The staff was pleasant.

04/01/2026: One lukewarm cappuccino, the same for the latte. It's annoying to order hot drinks only to get lukewarm ones. When you see this everywhere now... They need to improve their service. And to top it all off, no soap in the restrooms 😡

03/01/2026: For over a year now, I've loved this place. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to offer you different dishes each time. There's plenty of seating. You can tell the sandwiches are made with love, and the bread is always perfectly baked with a variety of ingredients, all at a reasonable price considering the quality.

16/01/2026: It’s the second day we come here in a row because we liked the coffee . Although today the staff kept saying that the didn’t have any mags for in place dining and they could only serve in paper cup. When we said we would write a bad review 3 mugs appeared out of nowhere what that shows is that the staff was lazy and didn’t want to wash the mags . In a rush hour I would totally understand but since there where maximum 10 people in she hole store is unacceptable . We hope they actually washed the mags that they served up and didn’t just rinse them.

04/02/2026: Pre-packaged meals ready to be microwaved, just like in a cafeteria. Great for the staff, who therefore have less prep work, and tough luck for the students. The portions are ridiculously small, as usual, but the worst part is the haughty and unpleasant attitude of an employee on the 3rd floor. It's 2:00 PM, and she keeps yelling that we have to leave. Every 10 seconds. Someone needs to remind her of her job responsibilities; it's unacceptable to be "scolded" like that when you could be 25 or even older. Put yourself in the customer's shoes; it's awful to have her yelling every 10 seconds. If you close at 2:00 PM, it means you're allowing customers to come in until then, and then they need time to eat. This person is tarnishing the entire team's image with her aggression. I suppose she didn't finish at 2pm to be in such a hurry, otherwise we should complain to management, but not by yelling at us.

04/02/2026: I support the student in the previous review and witnessed the incessant shouting from one of your staff members. We shouldn't have to be yelled at from 1:45 PM onwards to return our trays. The trays are already ridiculously small, and one of the employees is awful. We're not her children, we're her customers. Paying €4 for two spinach leaves, one mussel, and a few grams of wheat is unheard of. No starters, BUT a tiny clementine.

11/03/2026: I left my experience at the McDonald's in Pantin extremely angry. Since we were staying very close by, we wanted to do a click and collect order… BUT, when we arrived at the location, a man told me to leave. This is unacceptable, especially since all the online signs say they close at 2 a.m. We left empty-handed, disappointed by this franchise which clearly doesn't understand the concept of "come as you are." Goodbye
