12/08/2026: When you're closed, you should remember to indicate it on Google! It shows respect for customers because walking 20 minutes only to discover the shop is closed when it's clearly listed as open online is infuriating in 36-degree heat! At least the shop near the Passage Choisseul clearly indicated that it was closed until August 17th.

08/09/2026: We usually come to Prêt Madeleine because they offer a selection of fresh, healthy, and tasty food. Today, the salads were dry and tasteless with practically no dressing. The worst part was that the manager (a dark-haired man with a ponytail) stubbornly refused to provide a small container of dressing to remedy this deficiency (worth €0.01 to Prêt?). There were two of us eating, so we each had two dry salads. What a disappointment! We won't be coming back, especially with this kind of service.

11/08/2026: A really great daily special, and the service was excellent. They were incredibly reliable; we forgot our backpack and the waiters found it 30 minutes later. Fantastic!
08/08/2026: The crepes and chocolate were actually quite good!
But one of the waiters was really unpleasant and arrogant. For example, he'd say "ah, well, there you go" when you greeted him because he'd apparently already said it but you hadn't heard him, he'd made really questionable jokes to the customers, and so on.
Fortunately, the view of the fountain was still very nice, which made you almost forget his behavior.

30/08/2026: Honestly, having worked at McDonald's before, there's absolutely no explanation for a 25-minute wait for two egg and cheese muffins! There wasn't even a rush.

No matter how much you eat while traveling, you can't escape the homesickness in the end 🤤 The owner is from Changsha, and the stir-fries are full of wok hei (wok aroma), with just the right amount of spiciness, perfect with rice! Two of us ordered four dishes, rice, and drinks, and it only cost a little over 60 euros, which is great value for money 🉑

05/07/2026: The cashier refused me access to the restroom even though I had just finished a purchase. Her reason was, "I just cleaned and closed the restroom," even though it was 6:00 PM and the shop closed at 7:30 PM. This is unacceptable, and she was absolutely unpleasant. Worst service ever.

06/07/2026: The staff are very friendly and smiling :) The food is good, quick, and inexpensive! I recommend it if you need a quick and easy meal; it's the perfect place! There's a good selection, and everything I've tried has been delicious! I don't eat in myself, and from what I've seen in the reviews, the atmosphere can be a bit gloomy, which I agree with, but it's perfect if you're getting takeout.

05/08/2026: The Bastille Subway is always there when no one else is. Open at all hours, loyal through thick and thin, and honestly more reliable than any situationship in 2026.
Some relationships come and go. This Subway, however, remains open.
21/07/2026: The sandwich was okay, but the cashier on duty on July 21st AM was absolutely unprofessional, wearing pink jogging pants and with no polite greeting. She should be sent straight to the unemployment office.
