02/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery on the culinary front: seasonal produce, expertly prepared, beautifully presented dishes, and impeccable execution. No complaints there; we had a fantastic meal.
However, I was very disappointed with the non-alcoholic pairing. Serving a white Uby, then a rosé Uby, and finally a red Uby in succession seemed far below the standard of the cuisine and the overall experience.
Today, more and more people enjoy fine dining without necessarily drinking alcohol, and there are countless possibilities for creating truly exceptional pairings: infusions, fermented beverages, sparkling wines, plant syrups, oils, expertly crafted juices… I've tasted absolutely stunning non-alcoholic pairings in other restaurants.
This is definitely the biggest area for improvement in my opinion, because with cuisine of this caliber, the non-alcoholic pairing deserves to be much more refined.
Sorry for the lower average rating, but pairings are truly important to me in restaurants.

21/08/2026: Residents of Pressiat, we enjoyed a family meal at the restaurant, whereas we usually only have drinks on the terrace because the view is simply magnificent.
We weren't disappointed; the food was delicious, the staff were attentive and very friendly, and the owners were always smiling.

We had the pleasure of being served by Maxime, who made the meal even more enjoyable and gave us excellent recommendations! It's wonderful to see that in some establishments like this one, the service can still be provided with such enthusiasm! The setting is also very charming! We will definitely be back!
