03/04/2024: 🍴 It's good to sit on the terrace at Aigo Blanco and refresh yourself with a Henri Bardouin pastis or a Rinquinquin à la Pêche. The team is friendly and responsive, but seems exhausted. This is due to a somewhat anarchic organization where the waiters take care of all the tables and this contributes to creating a stressful atmosphere. We therefore lose synthetics, but their energy overcomes everything. The dishes arrive quickly, a little too much, we feel that the turnover of customers is desired and we wonder if it is fresh. The appointment is not on the plate and the pretext of the premises does not justify the prices. There is a bit of a lack of passion in the preparation and the cardboard profiteroles drive the point home. The spirit of L'Aigo Blanco therefore relies more on an improved canteen spirit than a restaurant but the will which drives the entire team, with more invested leadership, can propel this lively place towards more quality.

28/11/2023: Certainly one of the best “value for money” in the area! The dishes are very well cooked, the desserts finally affordable, in short, go there without worries!

23/11/2023: A moment suspended in this friendly place with a pleasant and professional welcome. We had a unique time, everything we needed. The home cooking is just great, you can sense the know-how and passion. Would not change a thing!

02/01/2024: Exelent, everything is there, the welcome, the taste, the size and the price of the pizzas after having tried 4 different pizzerias in Forcalquier this one is my favorite, thin dough, loaded, large and tasty. (which does not take away from the talents of the competitors, I only have a personal opinion there is something for everyone.) See you soon!
