24/08/2026: From the moment we booked by phone with the owner, who's in top form 😉, the tone was set… and everything that followed only confirmed it! 😄 A superb evening, in an atmosphere where you feel comfortable from the very first moment. From the owners to the waiters and waitresses, the whole team is incredibly attentive, with smiles, good humor, and that little something extra that truly makes all the difference. We came to have a great evening… mission more than accomplished! 🍽️🥂😋 A huge thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome, your kindness, and your energy. Don't change a thing… except maybe save us a table for next time! 😉👏

23/08/2026: So, what can I say? The fireworks display was lovely, but the setting was nice. As for the service, the staff did what they could, the cocktails were awful, they should change bartenders, I think. However, the food is completely inadequate and they need to seriously rethink their approach because it's deplorable. I'm happy to pay, it doesn't bother me, but I was so disappointed. I won't be going back and I'll be sure to spread the word.

07/08/2026: A truly embarrassing place. The wine was served warm, the service was practically nonexistent, and as for hygiene, just look at the stairs leading to the terrace to get an idea. The food was a total disappointment: they even managed to ruin the magret de canard, serving it on a sea of ​​frozen vegetables, tastelessly and without any sense of purpose. A terrible experience in every way. My advice? Stay away.

15/06/2026: Le Voilier La Napoule is a true gem ✨ This restaurant has been around for over 60 years, and it shows in the quality, expertise, and authenticity of the place. The welcome is exceptional: the owners themselves are present and take care of the guests with rare and genuine attention. You immediately feel at home in a warm, family-friendly, and charming atmosphere. The cuisine is simply incredible—flavorful, generous, prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. Every dish is a true delight. The view is breathtaking: you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the yachts and the sea, which makes the experience even more magical. The location is perfect, easily accessible, and you quickly understand why the locals love this place. It's a true hidden treasure, frequented mainly by regulars. I absolutely recommend this restaurant 100%. An authentic, delicious, and unforgettable experience 🤍

28/08/2026: Increasingly, the maintenance is seriously lacking (erratic and uncollected grass cutting, weed-infested bunkers, tee boxes in need of repair, significant brush clearing required, some greens diseased). Unacceptable given the prices charged and the reputation of the place. Only the clubhouse and restaurant stand out. In short, disappointing as it stands.

08/08/2026: Catastrophic… Today, I played the 9T (Le Grand Duc) with a friend and my son. I could have taken a picture of every tee and green on every hole, it's so appalling: unmowed and uneven tees, fairways more like an abandoned football pitch than a golf course, neglected bunkers, unkempt areas just a few meters from the green, and some greens completely unplayable. Two holes, one in particular, are practically unplayable because of trees that prevent you from taking a normal shot. I've also played the 18T many times, having lived in Mandelieu for several years. The quality is getting worse and worse: tees, bunkers, and greens. Work is indeed underway, but the prices have increased incredibly and unjustifiably given the actual improvements. The putting green in the practice area today is the worst I've ever seen! It's always been in bad shape. A few weeks ago, it was actually quite acceptable, and the recent heatwaves certainly haven't helped, but I've been to Monaco, Aix-en-Provence, St. Endréol, St. Donat, and other golf courses in the region recently, and none of them are in such a state. €45 for 9 holes in its current condition is a rip-off. €130 for 18 holes is absolutely unjustified given the maintenance of this otherwise historic course. To put my comment into perspective, the surroundings are magnificent, as are the clubhouse and restaurant, and the brand-new chub house in the practice area is really nice. My criticism, therefore, focuses on the golfing itself, where the value for money is disastrous. My handicap is 4.7, and I've played on hundreds of golf courses worldwide, which allows me to make comparisons and offer this opinion. It might be wise to offer rates that are more accessible to the average person in the town and region who loves this beautiful sport.
