22/01/2026: A superb experience at Keisuke Matsushima restaurant. We tried the Karaage bar and all the dishes on offer. Everything was delicate, elegant, refined, and simple all at once. I highly recommend this place to any epicurean.

11/01/2026: Keisuke is one of the best restaurants my family and I have ever been to. He masterfully combines culinary techniques and high-quality Japanese and Mediterranean ingredients, with a particular focus on umami flavor. His dishes, like other art forms, evoke emotions and travels, at least for me. Be warned, they can evoke nostalgia when they run out... 😉 The wine list is top-notch. Prices are appropriate for the quality, but the chef offers a three-course menu for €38 at lunchtime on weekdays.

03/12/2025: I love it!! The charming restaurant in Nice! Traditional French cuisine… sausage and mashed potatoes, vol-au-vent, stuffed cabbage, pear poached in wine… it's delicious, indulgent, and simple! Perfect! Authentic and warm welcome! Top-notch

27/11/2025: Very good, simple cuisine made with excellent ingredients. The only downside was the subpar service, with several errors: lack of knowledge about the dishes and wines, no helpful advice, and no expertise with the bottles.

The service is both professional and warm, attentive without being intrusive, making the experience even more enjoyable. This brasserie clearly flirts with fine dining, making it ideal for both lunch and a more sophisticated dinner. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

19/01/2026: We were in Nice for a month and to our luck Le Bistronome was in our neighborhood. Wonderful food, outstanding service. The Rhum baba desert is 10 stars. Such a nice host. One of the most memorable places I've eaten at in many a moon.

18/01/2026: A family meal enjoyed by all. A real gem! The variety of dishes, the freshness of the ingredients, the delicious flavors, and the friendliness of the staff made it all worthwhile. I highly recommend it. The prices are more than reasonable: 50 euros for a starter, main course, dessert, aperitif, and a bottle of wine. We will definitely be back!
