12/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! We've been three times already and have never been disappointed! A real little haven, with a consistently warm and welcoming atmosphere; you immediately feel at home. A small menu that changes regularly, homemade cuisine that's always a delight. From the welcome to the plate, everything is perfect. It's become our go-to spot for a relaxing and delicious evening. A must-visit! 😍

31/08/2026: I can highly recommend Polly and Cie! The food was exceptionally delicious at fair prices, and the service was very friendly and attentive, even providing us with an English explanation of the dishes. Since the area is somewhat quiet, you can comfortably sit and eat outside.

26/09/2026: Homemade burger and fries are delicious! (Delivery) 👌 Homemade desserts would be perfect, because those industrially produced cookies in plastic wrap... meh.

22/09/2026: Very disappointed. Two of us ate burgers and we both got food poisoning. A health inspection seems necessary. Given the price of the meal, we unfortunately paid a high price for our evening.

16/10/2026: As expected, and why this place is 5 ⭐️ Order whatever is on special, or ask your wonderful server what to eat, as I did. They will set you up.

16/10/2026: Lovely restaurant that serves good quality local dishes. Remember to book a table (many people fail). If you want their signature dessert, it is recommended to order it with the rest of the dinner (it sells out quickly).

21/08/2026: I read all of the previous reviews and was exciting on going but was I was surprised at the “ pushy” server . I noticed a table next to us walk out as they felt the vibe and decided to leave after they were told that they did not order “ enough “ . I have to say I ( we) managed to get past the aggressive/ pushy behavior to still enjoy our evening . It is a-shame as the restaurant is perfectly located and has a nice authentic feel plus the food was outstanding. We shared the the shrimp / lobster appetizer which was tasty and beautifully presented . I had the octopus which was to die for and my wife had the lamb which was outstanding . We had the wine that our waiter “ pushed “ which was on the higher end but very good . Again, I want to emphasize if you are expecting a welcoming warm experience then Franchin should not be your choice . If you can look past that and just focus on the food , you will be fine .

19/08/2026: Booked a table for 8pm on my last night in Nice. Sat down, ordered a beer and a Coke (the Coke was to have with my meal), and only then was I told the two dishes I’d come for were sold out (2/3 of the meat options, at the beginning of evening service…). Nothing mentioned when I booked, nothing when I was seated. Since the Coke hadn’t been touched and I’d only ordered it to go with food, I asked if they’d take it off the bill, to be told ‘If you order it, you pay for it.’ Kitchens run out of things - that is fine. But not telling anyone until they’ve sat down and ordered, then arguing over a soft drink isn’t great. This is about principle, not money. Paid up and (very luckily) managed to get a reservation elsewhere.

14/08/2026: Ravioli daube gratiné is to die for! Staff is very friendly, the service is fast, and everything is delicious. Perfect lunch option if you are in the area. For their plat du jour, it’s best to make a reservation otherwise they may run out. Reservations are not necessary for the regular menu, but it is a popular spot and fills up quickly.

24/09/2026: Local dining as it is supposed to be! Delightful food, passionate service, decent prices, great location. Very highly recommended!

22/09/2026: A culinary experience not to be missed. A restaurant in Old Nice that's well worth the detour... Sublime zucchini blossom fritters.

17/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic, as always! The bread and cookies are delicious 😋

12/09/2026: I went a little after 8 in the morning, and a long line formed quickly. Warm baguettes and friendly staff. It was nice that they greeted me warmly. You can also order a half baguette. The outside was crispy and the inside chewy, and it was slightly salty.

03/10/2026: It's pretty good! But nothing particularly amazing. It feels like a restaurant that mainly caters to tourists!

29/09/2026: Absolutely amazing meal. I had seabass and my husband had lamb chops and both were delicious. The lemon meringue pie was superb. Highly recommend this restaurant, a very talented chef.

15/09/2026: A very friendly welcome by all of the staff. The food was delicious, we both had choices from the specials board, the deserts equally good and all the portions were very generous. Service was excellent and we loved the traditional french interior. All in all we were really pleased that we chose Le Saetone

18/09/2026: The best restaurant in Nice! 🇫🇷 The food was absolutely amazing, and there are always vegetarian options on the menu. 🌱 Just make sure to book a few days in advance—it gets very busy! But trust me, it’s totally worth it. 😍

08/09/2026: I called last night to reserve a table. The first time, the line went dead, so I called back, and after several attempts, I finally got through. A woman answered. I asked if I could reserve a table for two. She asked when, and after I told her the day, a man interrupted, mumbling words like "morning," and the connection was cut off. So I asked a friend of mine who speaks French to call because maybe the problem was my own. She also confirmed the rudeness, but she understood that reservations should be made in the morning. I wondered. If I'm asked when and what time I'd like to reserve, why do you take reservations in the morning, but above all, are you so rude and unfriendly? They don't have an email address, they don't call you back, and there are no alternative ways to take reservations. Obviously, I won't go, and before I even showed up, I understood the service. I'm sorry because it seemed excellent.

08/10/2026: A real gem! ❤️ We love eating at Domi's; it's always a real treat. The pizzas are simply delicious 🍕, and the ribeye steak with its sauces… let's not even go there! 🤤 A delight every time! And what can we say about Edgard and Isabelle? They are lovely, welcoming, and so warm. We feel so comfortable there that we never want to leave! 🥰 An address we wholeheartedly recommend and where we always return with great pleasure. ❤️ See you soon at Domi's!
