26/09/2024: The warm family restaurant offered tasty stuffed crepes and a wonderful seafood salad. We both ate tasty stuffed crepes and shared salad. We couldn't have taken more. The service and staff were great. We also got a tip for the shop we were looking for. The best place to eat on our visit.

16/09/2024: Like visiting a friend’s house for breakfast. The proprietor is the highlight…not to undersell the ambiance. We were offered several options, and ended up with a variety of delicious items. Highly recommend.

10/09/2024: A delightful and unique experience. A great change from the “sidewalk cafe” options elsewhere. Brilliantly prepared food from the kind and friendly proprietor. There are only a few choices at any time; he emphasizes thoughtfulness in each dish. The dishes are simple in concept but complex in their execution. Lovely.

11/09/2024: Quaint restaurant in the Old Town part of Nice. We chose a terrace seating which allowed for us to enjoy the nightlife of the town. Food was excellent as I would have expected from a Michelin rated place We enjoyed the Beef tartare with black truffle special, Sea Bream, and a zucchini salad. The wine selection by the glass was amazing. The lemon pie and the Rasberry Ice cream desserts were phenomenal

01/10/2024: We ate dinner at this restaurant on 9/26/24. First, there was a loud knocking sound coming from an area near our table, we were tired from traveling and therefore did not want to complain. We both ordered filet mignon, medium. The plates came, with a mashed potato side. My steak was cooked properly, however my partner’s steak was raw. Upon returning it, about ten minutes passed, and when we flagged down the waitress, she looked at us as if to say ‘I forgot’. She brought the steak back to the table with a new plate of mashed potatoes, both items were cold and to top it off the steak was still raw. We told her that it was the same as when we returned it originally. She offered to buy us dessert, which we did not want and then offered us a glass of wine , which we did not want. A reputable restaurant would have taken the steak off the bill. They did not. Our bill was 127 Euros which included drinks. We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend the restaurant at all.

24/09/2024: Dinner on the enclosed terrace last night was excellent. We had gazpacho and petits farcis nicois for starters. Both were favorable and generous. We both followed with sole meuniere, boned expertly tableside. It was delicious and accompanied with excellent small vegetables and mashed potatoes. The short wine list is well chosen and priced correctly. I recommend it.

09/09/2024: Incredible place with wonderful food, exquisite desserts and top-notch atmosphere/service. I have never had such a delicious red sauce with shrimp. I hope to be able to return soon.

08/09/2024: Loved it first time, came back to be disappointed unfortunately and never to return. We ordered salmon tartar which was bad and salmon pasta which was even worse :( the service want very nice neither

18/08/2024: Being a very good regular at this restaurant, I had reservations for 2 people at my usual table, specifying a birthday and cards without prices. Absolutely none of my requests were considered. Your prices have increased significantly and the quality of food and service has dropped drastically.

It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais, the sea and the beach, the casinos, the lively center and the old town. The team takes great care and the welcome is warm: here Jean Louis takes the time to present to you a Nice other than the beach and the sea. With passion and efficiency, he will show you the historical and cultural places. He will ensure the Enjoy your stay. My week in this hotel was a real pleasure. I highly recommend!!

15/09/2024: Great moment for a friend's fortieth birthday (David if you pass by we'll send you a big kiss!) warm establishment, incredible atmosphere! The manager and his team are very friendly. Special mention to Salma who took care of us all evening and whose professionalism and interpersonal skills won us over! Without forgetting the kitchen team who delighted us with exceptional dishes, tasty side dishes and incredible sauces. Thank you all, don’t change anything!

13/09/2024: We entered the restaurant because of the menu of the day. We sat down, the waitress took our orders and came to tell us that the menu was no longer available. We had to eat different things than planned, as they had already served us drinks. Even though the menu was no longer available, at no point did the staff remove the menu from the door, in other words. They kept it there to attract new people, which made me think we were victims too. In the end, they didn't accept the Amex card, even though it said on the door that they accepted it. They claimed that the machine was unloaded. But the worst part of all was I was standing next to the counter waiting for the machine to load, and a champagne cork opened by the waiter almost hit my head. A nightmare. I don't recommend it and it was my worst experience during the entire trip

07/09/2024: Loved this place! Chic ambience, amazing value and the wait staff was very attentive and friendly. I really enjoyed my beef entree with truffled mashed potatoes and the tiramisu dessert. Highly recommend!

21/09/2024: Terrible service and awful attitude from the staff. Despite advertising food they were only serving 2 salads and waited about 15 mins to order drinks. However - they then served chips to a table next to us and when we asked they told us it was ‘an exception’ Attitude was terrible - clearly felt they were doing the customers a favour by serving them

21/09/2024: Only 1 or 2 dishes available mid afternoon, due to a very limited menu, so we just had drinks. Surprisingly, fries were ordered by two children under 18, who were part of a larger group. When we asked if we could order fries we were refused ! Strange to discriminate against adults when they ultimately pay the bill ! Customer service poor too. Will not return.
