26/09/2024: I came to Lou Pantail on the recommendation of a friend who promised me that everything was excellent, and... she was right! The starter, the main course, including the cocktail and the service, everything was absolutely perfect.
Congratulations to the entire team for this exceptional experience. It's my turn to recommend this place, and I will happily come back as soon as I'm back in Nice!
24/09/2024: Restaurant serving delicious Nice cuisine with efficient service, unfortunately dishes a little expensive, nice decoration, second course system when you dine in the first course you feel pushed towards the exit!
In a group the addition is complicated and yes reflection of the service young people of 20 can have more money than more people contrary to the reflection made!
On the other hand, choice of music and nice candles during dessert on the occasion of a birthday!
To be recommended by a smaller committee.

11/08/2024: This is a really authentic french family owned place and would recommend as a tourist looking for the real deal. The menu changes a lot based on what they have. Service was excellent and so was the food. One of our favourite places on the trip so far!
08/08/2024: Great little restaurant, the welcome is very warm, you feel good there! The sangria and homemade lemonade were very cold and the dishes tasty! I highly recommend :)

06/09/2024: It is with great pleasure that we found La Cantine de la Bourse Ex Bar de la Bourse, its reputation is well established.
Only Martine is missing from the decor.
The emblematic cook as well as the waitresses are top notch.
Simple and friendly place where you can enjoy Niçoise and homemade specialties.

27/09/2024: This is an absolute must eat door diner restaurant. Don’t be afraid… get the fish for two. It’s the best item on the menu and even non-fish lovers will appreciate and enjoy its deliciousness.
I want to go back to Nice just for this fish.
25/09/2024: We were traveling with friends from California. I took them to my favorite restaurant in Nice. JOSE and his wonderful wife make everyone feel as if there are the most important client. My friends agreed, this was the BEST meal they had in France. Bravo L'equipe! Merci milles fois.

17/01/2025: If you see this review, don't ruin your evening, look for another restaurant.
This place is clearly overrated. The prices are above average, the food is worse than average, the service is long and the waiter clearly forgot about us, although there were 10 of us at the table.
We had a situation that greatly spoiled the impression of the restaurant. We came to celebrate the holiday with a big campaign. when our evening came to desserts, the waiter said that we could not order the tart that was on the display, since it was already reserved by other guests. We ordered a lot of dishes and the waiter did not warn us that desserts in their establishment must be booked in advance!
27/12/2024: We came today 12/27/24 with another couple of foreign friends to discover real French cuisine, we were not disappointed!! Exceptional service and welcome! In a magnificent setting! I recommend.

04/12/2024: C'est un excellent restaurant doté d'un service impeccable : gentillesse, humour.... La présentation des plats est elle aussi impeccable. Nappes et serviettes en tissu ce qui est très agréable et de + en + rare. Bref ! je reviendrai !! Attention Régalez vous aussi avec les desserts !

02/11/2024: It’s been a year since we visited this restaurant on a trip with friends through France. It has truly set a collective benchmark for us all for which we compare every restaurant we’ve visited since! A fantastic, down-to-earth, friendly atmosphere paired with the ultimate rustic and perfectly curated menu. Le Petit Lascaris is absolutely worth travelling across the world for and I cannot wait to return!
