04/04/2024: This is the third time I have come, still as poorly received, 3 people overwhelmed in the kitchen, an endless wait... We don't care if you have ordered, I left without having ordered because I am from agreement to wait up to 20 to 25 minutes to eat but no more than 1 hour for an American or a fries, I will not return there and I do not recommend this chip shop.

The first evening we followed the chef's suggestion: delicious The second evening my companion again followed the chef's proposal while I took another proposal: and again delicious. The dining room is cozy, tastefully but simply decorated. The atmosphere is cozy. The service is excellent with servers who know their job and customers very quickly. My partner and I enjoyed this moment with relish. How can we really describe this taste experience which in fact must be experienced in real life. My opinion: go for it!!

18/02/2024: Very beautiful room, in a very medieval setting, it's really beautiful, the service with the waiters in uniform, etc., is perfect. Unfortunately, I agree with many other comments on the quality of the dishes coming out of the kitchen... We expect a lot with this menu, this room, this service and this promise of a gourmet dish made by a chef... Unfortunately taste-wise, it's very average... to describe my dissatisfaction: overcooked salmon, hard and tasteless reconstituted potato, hard carrots, tasteless lamb shank, starter (mimosa-style quail egg) also tasteless , poorly balanced dessert in terms of acidity and sugar... A disappointment and total incomprehension because everything else is perfect except... the main thing, the taste (some good little restaurants in the region produce dishes that are far superior in terms of taste). I'm sorry to say that but the dishes are very lacking of mastery, except if the chef takes out his dishes, it is because he considers them to be perfect in every way... Perhaps we should see a restaurant menu a range below but better controlled. The prices are correct for the half-board options, for the à la carte dishes... considering the mastery of the kitchen it is a little expensive. That said the dishes are very beautiful, nothing to say about the presentation, it's superb, a big effort on the taste and it will be perfect! I still recommend the restaurant, hoping that my comment will be taken into account by the chef.

13/02/2024: In our party was a young girl with a mental disability. She had often stared at the waiter while eating. We heard him tell regular customers about this and he imitated her with his mouth open and tongue hanging out. Very painful experience.

06/04/2024: We are used to stopping at a Campanile on our trips. Usually very correct.. But this one very dark room, very noisy and especially the welcome...... What a disaster. In the evening we are given our point card, that's all... And what can we say about the person in the morning. Hello that's all. No presentation of the buffet... Find out if the night had gone well. No one when we placed the card.... Rarely seen this kind of welcome. It's safe to run away from.

03/04/2024: I wanted to share my experience in this hotel. For my professional activity, I have to travel often and stay in many hotels in France. I am frankly unhappy and furious with my professional stay here!! Exactly two days. I have never been so scandalized by the entire service offered, the quality of the rooms, the quality of the catering and to top it all off, a power cut around 9:30 p.m. on April 3 which forced me to 'stop working on my laptop!! No response regarding this cut, just a "we'll have to be patient, we're waiting for the electrician"!! Everyone present ignored me and left me speechless. But who are we kidding??? At 11:40 p.m. still no power and no response from the staff!! I strongly and strongly advise against this hotel and I will not fail to inform the management of my company who paid for this service!! I will come back to this city, but especially not here!! Purely unacceptable!! To flee !!
