20/12/2025: Located on the corner near the Town Hall, it was a place we used to go regularly with colleagues.
Unfortunately, on three occasions, we had problems with the food.
The first time, we had to change our dish due to a freshness issue, which the chef disputed despite our complaint.
Another time, we had the same problem with fish.
The day we finally gave up on it, we waited over 30 minutes for ice cream we had ordered at lunchtime, when our time was limited, only to find out they were out.
We left and never went back. It's a shame, because the place itself is quite nice.
03/10/2025: The establishment stands out for its warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The staff is particularly attentive and pleasant.
However, the culinary experience was uneven. While some of the à la carte offerings (starters, main courses, and desserts) are of a very high standard and fully justify their price, several others have high prices that are clearly disproportionate to the quality served.

23/01/2026: Usually very satisfied, but today at lunchtime it left much to be desired. The cashier wasn't very friendly and didn't register my loyalty card, so having unlocked my Flunch voucher on my last visit, I should have received a discount, which wasn't given... my cutlery was dirty... And to top it all off, the fries were white, undercooked, and cold...
18/12/2025: Great. Just like the old days. The Flunch. Simply delicious food. For a reasonable price.

28/08/2024: On August 14 we stopped to eat lunch in this restaurant.
We were greeted by unsmiling and not friendly staff at all, which is a shame.
On the other hand, the gourmet cuisine was delicious.
With a nice decor.

30/08/2024: Hello, I used to come and treat myself to good fries and good burgers from the factory for about two years but I have been disappointed 4 times in a row since the summer season. The young people who replace in the kitchen are too lax and they even made fun of my look when I ordered and there was almost nothing in the burger and the steak was barely cooked. I went back with a friend, telling myself that it was bad luck's fault, but then again there was no Maroilles and when we went to bring it back, the young man in the kitchen got angry and then we returned. the burger with the slice of Maroilles not even melted. I'm sorry but we need someone with experience to supervise them. Dsl for this comment but if I don't it won't just be me who will be disappointed.
29/08/2024: Excellent welcome and very friendly waiter who was very kind to our 6 year old son and advised us on the beautiful things to see in the area. As for the dishes, Savoyard pancakes, wholemeal, and salad (mushrooms, salmon, prawns... a delight!) for our part, it was very good. We are from the Paris region but if we lived in the surrounding area, we would definitely be regular customers.

Caramba, c'est raté : "On n'en fait plus."
Nous en sommes donc réduits à un repas de cantine.
Le plat du jour ?
Un des plats du menu : Buffet + plat + dessert.
Un conseil : prenez le menu.
Nous avions choisi un plat et un dessert et nous avons payé plus cher que le menu !
Alors, si vous passez par là et que vous avez vraiment faim ...
... mais ne faites surtout pas de détour !!

16/08/2024: Nous y allons de temps en temps et nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Service au top, choix immense, cadre agrèable... les associations dans les burgers sont toujours super bonnes. Petite ou grande faim, vous ne serez pas déçu. Venez, mangez et digérez tranquillement après ce bon repas !
20/05/2024: Nous avions effectué une réservation livraison à l'avance pour un anniversaire mais ils nous ont oublié, nous avons été livrés avec une heure de retard parce que je les ai appelé sinon on n'aurait pas mangé...
Pour une commande de 160€ , le geste proposé était de rembourser 50€ . Dommage nous aimions bien leur restaurant...

The welcome is very friendly, and the service impeccable. Comfortable room, good breakfast, and the meals there are excellent.

Le croustillant d'écrevisses délicieusement accompagné de sa sauce
la truite saumonee aux asperges vertes et blanches un régal
et pour bien terminer un bon dessert:la Jeaneke,avec une très belle carte des vins,nous avions pris un Givry en blanc bien sur!
A très bientôt pour d autres aventures gustatives que tu sais si bien réaliser

The hotel is located in a quiet area.
It's worth a stay!
21/09/2025: We had a wonderful weekend in Haybes. The Saint Hubert is a very pleasant, quiet, family-run hotel where we were welcomed by Léoni, a charming, smiling host who listens to his guests.
And what about the restaurant? Everything is fresh, local, and very, very good.
We love the themed menu on Sunday lunchtimes.
We recommend staying here when visiting the region. We came during the Heritage Weekend.
