23/02/2024: I really like this park! It is so pleasant especially for children who discover wolves for the first time
30/01/2024: Very interesting, you can see the different herds in their respective territories.
The tour has several activities along it, as well as a playground and a mini-farm.
I recommend the viewing tunnel, it is worth it to be able to see the wolves up close.
We also ate in the restaurant and everything was very delicious and the service was very good.

27/04/2024: After a bike ride, we arrive at the village of Mirepoix.
We have a beer on the square before going to eat.
The grain of salt will be our canteen.
Arrival 12:30 p.m.
Vaulted room, with display case of cassoulet, blanquette and co…
We are welcomed by Noëlle and Sylviane (mother and daughter)
Family atmosphere, relaxed atmosphere….
We eat well, we eat well.
The Armagnac and Pear digestive concludes this meal around 3:30 p.m.
I allow myself to do the service and clear the tables, I tell you it's like home.
Thank you ladies for this moment.

04/03/2024: It's a shame not to be able to rate the cuisine. A table reserved a week in advance, we hurry to get out of work at lunchtime. Only 3 minutes late, a cold welcome telling us that the kitchen was closed, in 3 minutes it's surprising... but hey, whatever happens, we won't come back and that's a shame
01/03/2024: I booked a week in advance for 1 p.m., we arrived at 1:03 p.m. in the restaurant, the pleasant waitress kindly told us that it was 1:5 p.m. and that it was too late, great welcome so we left

Having visited it in winter, I don't know what the shops and services are like. Rose Festival in June. The streets should be beautiful and fragrant. To have !
19/01/2024: especially for Dutch speakers: this is a top location in many respects. hotel and restaurant a big 8 (towards 9). the abbey and castle, but also the village of Camon as a whole, take you back hundreds of years in time. its origins even go back to the 9th and 10th centuries. Destroyed several times in previous centuries, last rebuilt in the 18th century, as it still stands today. Camon, with approximately 150 inhabitants, is included in the list of Les Plus Beau Villages de France. the location of the hotel and restaurant is very special with beautiful terraces and garden with swimming pool.

30/03/2024: Very good time, good food, service also, very friendly boss and staff, only one point however, the billing for the doggy bag, very average. As a reminder: Since July 1, 2021, restaurateurs must provide a free doggy bag to customers who request one at the end of their meal.
24/03/2024: This place has changed a lot in a year, very satisfied and did well to return there.
We must know how to give back their chances

19/09/2023: Very welcoming and very charming place despite its spartan nature (in my opinion added value). I found their "food-track" formula applied to the place brilliant! The do-it-yourself service is original since the context is very different from canteens or fast-food restaurants... The cuisine is refined, authentic and more than satisfactory! I have never seen a place like this in Italy! The owner is also very nice, and on this occasion I greet him affectionately: a hug from Italy! I hope to come back soon! Marco

16/07/2023: We were here on Saturday evening and were surprised by the 3-course menu for 22 euros, with a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts. Every dish was very tasty and certainly more than enough. Compliments to the chef!
The service is very friendly and sympathetic, and they speak to you in perfect English and French!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
