You can go there with your eyes closed!!!
And the setting with the view of the Foix castle is great too!
I highly recommend all readers to discover this address!

The meal was truly incredible, we had the 5-course surprise menu with the food and wine pairing.
From the appetizers to the coffee everything was great.
Special mention for the sommelier, very friendly, smiling and loves his job.
We will come back!!!

The only downside is the emergency exit light in the room which is unpleasant but with a shower towel on it the problem is solved

The atmosphere of the room is truly incredible, the fireplace, the open kitchen and the decoration create a warm atmosphere for a good family meal. The staff is also very warm, you feel at home.
We started with the garbure.. It's of a rare richness that warms the heart, with a taste of coming back for more. No need to specify that we have finished the tureen.
We were already almost full 😬 The rest of the menu is just as good and generous. We couldn't make it to dessert.
We had a great time, in a word: warm (atmosphere, service, cuisine)
We will come back with our eyes closed, I highly recommend!

The only downside, as soon as we open the door of this establishment, we know that we will smell the kitchen very strongly and take this strong smell of cooking home with us…. to throw all the clothes in the washing machine as quickly as possible.

06/04/2024: What a meeting! An incredible welcome. My wife and I came with our two daughters. We spoke at length with the owner and her daughter. What a welcome ! How rigorous! It's rare. Dishes as delicious as they are beautiful. Products from the short circuit. A delight. We will definitely come back.
