31/03/2024: Typical restaurant in the center of the village, very good service, good value for money. Menus at 30 euros with some supplements for foie gras and lamb shank. The dishes are made with local products. Less desserts, too bad. However, good artisanal ice creams.

31/03/2024: Passing through this small village. Without reservation on Easter Sunday. Very warm welcome. Very pleasant staff. The dishes are cooked over a wood fire. A delight. The excellent lamb shank. If you pass near Bize Minervois, stop at La Sellette. Thank you to the whole team. Bernard and Jocelyne

01/04/2024: Arriving at 10 in the village at the end of the afternoon we reserved our table at the last minute and it was just PERFECT!!! Everything was delicious and homemade Rachel takes great care in the dining room and Jean Marc gives the perfect combo in the kitchen. I'm not even talking about the bill which was one of the lowest that I hadn't paid in a long time. I recommend 100%

31/03/2024: Simple humble building with very welcoming hosts and skillfully cooked food with a menu containg traditional French with a number of Asian inspired dishes, very inexpensive.

26/04/2024: It’s an establishment that really deserves a lot more people to stop there! We had a wonderful evening! When you arrive, the place is already magical and at the same time super warm. The welcome is great and the servers are smiling, attentive to everything we might need and super responsive. The dishes are really very good, they could be satisfied with the quality of the products but the details are pushed to the end of the seasoning which is really pleasing! (+++ for the flowing chocolate heart) In short, a great establishment where we eat for our money, with super nice staff who go to the last detail to satisfy their customers! (From small producer olives at the start of the meal to individual towels in the toilets when leaving) Thank you for this experience :)
