17/11/2023: We visited the castles of Lastours, on this November day it was the only restaurant open. Contrary to the various particularly harsh opinions, the welcome was pleasant, the service fast, the meal very good for a very reasonable price. The only downside is the quantities of food, which are a little light.
12/11/2023: A very beautiful culinary stopover at the foot of the castles. One. Unique menu with a thousand and one flavors.
