Bastide is an institution… from Nasbinal to Rodez… always top-notch.
The restaurant is excellent.
The bowling alley is very comfortable.
The hotel is well-maintained.
I recommend all three.

Friendly and easygoing service.
Good value for money.
Only one minor complaint... The service is a bit too fast; the dishes arrive one after another without a break!

11/12/2025: Nothing gluten free to eat on breakfast. You have to go and buy your own breakfast in a store nearby.

06/08/2024: Scam attempt? Bad faith? Incompetence? Anyway, after being debited by booking (booked in April) and when we did not have the tourist tax left to pay, the receptionist made us pay for the room. After several emails, calls (all during our vacation) and 2 weeks later still no refund. I don't say thank you. Our vacation budget was depleted and we had to postpone certain activities
04/08/2024: Our stay this year is totally different from the previous one.
We were not informed of the newly obligatory reservation at the restaurant for dinner which led to us being unwelcome at the restaurant, an option was offered to us to "snack" at the garden bar, not to mention that there too we We were very poorly received.
Many services have been changed downwards but not the price of the room (incidentally smaller and more modest than N-1, without air conditioning, without minibar)
A magnificent castle where we had excellent memories…

08/02/2026: It's an excellent cafeteria with good food and a really warm welcome.
We were able to reserve a room there for a family gathering, and the cook had prepared a small cold buffet for us: verrines, pizza, cheese quiche, fruit salad, wine, and coffee—it was really very good. Many thanks to the whole team.
