16/09/2024: Clean room and sheets, breakfast with choice, I would have liked to see almond or soy milk (many do not take cow's milk in the morning).
Mini bar and tea/coffee available. Pleasant and quality hygiene products!
Seen in the parking lot so a little noisy in the morning when the vehicles start, or when the 20 tourists decide to talk among themselves. But hey! When we are there to visit, we get up quite early!

15/09/2024: Very nice place but victim of its great success, extremely crowded on weekends you have to make reservations for the restaurant and so we decided to have a snack and a drink on the bowling side, it was very good but the waiter is running around...it's was a bit long for a few tapas and a few drinks
12/09/2024: Quality products and tasteful cuisine.
Too bad the service is even longer each time you visit (cold dishes).
The waiters run around in all directions without any real efficiency but they give of themselves. Respect for their efforts even if we don’t see their effectiveness in the classroom.
Hoping that it improves because it remains a good address in Rodez.

06/08/2024: Scam attempt? Bad faith? Incompetence? Anyway, after being debited by booking (booked in April) and when we did not have the tourist tax left to pay, the receptionist made us pay for the room. After several emails, calls (all during our vacation) and 2 weeks later still no refund. I don't say thank you. Our vacation budget was depleted and we had to postpone certain activities
04/08/2024: Our stay this year is totally different from the previous one.
We were not informed of the newly obligatory reservation at the restaurant for dinner which led to us being unwelcome at the restaurant, an option was offered to us to "snack" at the garden bar, not to mention that there too we We were very poorly received.
Many services have been changed downwards but not the price of the room (incidentally smaller and more modest than N-1, without air conditioning, without minibar)
A magnificent castle where we had excellent memories…

Good welcome and perfectly good dishes, value for money
20/09/2024: Isabelle and Laurent's restaurant will quickly become your canteen. In a large room with industrial decor, daily specials, grills, pizzas, burgers and other bouriols will make you happy.
