29/03/2024: I pass regularly during my business trips without any problem. This evening the bar is full and the security officer turns me away, telling me that they are no longer serving. While other people returned without any problem. What is this charlot? A carnival physiognomist? Who thinks they are a... This is the image of the establishment. Too bad for all the nice people who work and whom I really appreciate. In short, there are things to review. I'll come back to see if this incompetent guy is still there. What if I'm turned away again. I won't do good publicity.

26/03/2024: First time at the Haguenau Beer Academy, although I already know those of Krutenau and Petite France. A real favorite. It's beautiful, it's big, it's well decorated, you feel good there, the atmosphere is great (even on a Monday evening). We have a heated room, an unheated but sheltered patio for those who still want to enjoy the outdoors, and a driveway that creates a terrace in summer. In short, as soon as I come back to Haguenau, I will stop by to drink a good beer and eat an excellent burger.

22/03/2024: The hosts are not very competent, there is a lack of responsiveness and friendliness for the most part, fortunately, this is not a generality, I find that there is a lack of staff and a lack of organization in this hotel . The rooms are atypical. The hotel is located near the city center, which is a real advantage, also close to several free parking lots and public transport.

03/05/2024: Never seen a restaurant like this. The service is frustratingly slow. With 2 young children at the table (7 in total), first tartes flambées after an hour. Finally we left after 1h30 to finish the meal at home. After 4 times asking for the carafe of water we had to get it from the bar. To avoid.

The menu is misleading because they say a 300g steak but it wasn't even 100g. Maybe 300 before defrosting. I advise against. They better close the restaurant.

I also would not have accepted to take customers who get the ice cream elsewhere and come to sit on the terrace, it doesn't really matter whether they are adults or child! I would like to see you if you were in the boss's place! and for the people who come in with a stroller you could see that the room is small and is not suitable for taking strollers or anything else! how do you expect people to who work there circulates correctly or for the customers who go to the toilet or who sit down to drink their coffee quietly? For me personally the boss is always pleasant when I go there and she is a hard worker! On the other hand, for the terrace it's true that the service is a little slow but it doesn't matter for 5 or 10 minutes of waiting plus it's not the end of the world I will still come!
