09/08/2026: Despite having a reservation and few customers when we arrived, we were discouraged by the far too slow service: 1 hour and 20 minutes for a cocktail and a main course. We left Clem's annoyed before dessert...it's a shame, the menu looked promising.

29/07/2026: The daily special was excellent, no complaints. However, the service was very slow; the waitress disappeared and only partially returned!

08/07/2026: We've been coming for 5 years and are delighted with this restaurant. The welcome is always with a smile, the couscous is delicious, and the owner comes around to each table to make sure everything is alright. Our favorite treat after the meal is a unique green tea... we really appreciate it. Dominique & Evelyne

07/06/2026: The best couscous around, for many years now. We're always warmly welcomed, the couscous is delicious and plentiful, and the owner even comes around to refill our plates! Pair it with a good bottle of Boulaouane wine, and everything is perfect. P.S.: We always ask for the semolina with cinnamon and raisins; it's absolutely delicious. Thank you!

23/06/2026: I am extremely disappointed with my experience. For a salad costing €12, I expected at least a decent portion. Instead, I received a very small piece of meat and a single slice of cheese cut into tiny pieces to give the illusion of quantity. It's simply a rip-off. The final bill is even harder to swallow when you consider the drinks: €19.80 for two measly cans of Coca-Cola and a bottle of sparkling water. At that price, it's well beyond a reasonable profit margin for a fast-food restaurant. It's a complete joke. I won't be back.

17/06/2026: A must for pastries and sweet verrines in Haguenau. A little pricey, but the taste and quality are there... it's a shame the tasting room is a bit small. The waitresses are great, and the hot drinks are too! A lovely place to warm up in winter and cool off in summer... my wife loves going there too!

21/06/2026: I stop by every morning to pick up my double espresso, and honestly, the welcome is always warm and friendly. Nothing better to start the day! The strawberry tarts are excellent. I highly recommend Francis Bakery! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

03/03/2026: While traveling, I went to get some pastries, a Mauricette (a type of bread), and a sandwich, and everything was very good.

21/05/2026: Noisy hotel!! I don't usually leave negative reviews, but a little compassion for your customers would be appreciated. I was woken up early this morning by a door slamming every time someone passed by the breakfast room. I asked reception to please hold the door open to stop the noise, but no one bothered to do it!! So imagine my surprise when I looked at the reviews and saw several complaints about this same problem, some dating back more than a year. A door spring can be adjusted, and if it's broken, it should be removed. As a result, I've cancelled my next reservation at your hotel. On the Logis Hotel app, you can add certain establishments to your favorites; it's a shame you can't blacklist them.

02/08/2026: The pastries were very good. However, there were many problems with the iced tea glasses (dirty, with insects), which is a shame because it's a very good tea room.
