07/02/2026: We've been going to this restaurant for a long time and it's always a pleasure. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the traditional cuisine is delicious and very tasty. The owner is very friendly and an excellent cook. The staff is smiling, attentive, and efficient. An address we recommend without hesitation.

06/02/2026: This restaurant used to be FABULOUS, with hearty and generous portions. Since the change of ownership, it's been a disaster. We were there on a Saturday at lunchtime: the service was appalling, the waitress unfriendly, the beautiful decor is gone, and what about the food... we left hungry. My mother ordered sauerkraut: she received a sort of casserole dish with one sausage, two small pieces of meat, two potatoes, and a crusty layer of sauerkraut (which was burnt and dry...). As for dessert: I've never eaten such a bad crème brûlée in my life... I strongly advise against this restaurant, which has lost its charm and its cuisine... Keep walking.

31/01/2026: Hello, I'm very disappointed with the quality of this supposedly 4-star hotel. I'm still trying to figure out where the stars are hidden. Anyway, no complaints about the staff, but having stayed in other 4-star hotels in Alsace, I'm disappointed. The bed creaks when you turn over (I won't go into details), the shower head wobbles, and the hot water takes 5 minutes to arrive. As for breakfast, for a 4-star hotel, nothing is homemade, not even orange juice. In short, when I book a 4-star hotel, it's not to get the conditions of a chain hotel.

27/01/2026: Magnificent hotel! 👍 The room and bathroom were absolutely top-notch. Impeccable bedding. A small balcony overlooking a little park. And so peaceful! The hotel restaurant is outstanding and definitely worth a visit. 👍 The staff is very friendly. And the gym and spa are also undeniable bonuses. A real gem! 😍
