17/12/2024: Jamais l on ne m as livré ce que j'ai commandé. il faut vérifier à chaque fois et attendre ensuite 15 minutes pour avoir ce que l'on a commandé mais en attendant le reste est devenu froid. Personnel qui se fout complètement des clients. restaurant sale.
30/11/2024: Service déplorable . 30 minutes d’attente à 14h un drame du avec peu de personne devant nous.. j’ai voulu aller chercher nos glaces mais après 10 minutes j’ai abandonné vu que le personnel vous regarde sans vous demander ce que vous voulez … restaurant à fuir! Plus jamais pour nous

27/08/2024: We had lunch this afternoon on the terrace with my family of 13 people. We were able to enjoy the setting of the place. The very friendly and professional waiters serve us with a smile. For 13 people served at midday the service was fast. We can recommend the croque monsieur taken by half of us, but the other dishes were also very good and we all enjoyed it. We recommend!

07/09/2024: Very pleasant place, due to its location on the Place des Cardeurs. Trendy decoration, and good products.
On the other hand, it's impossible to get a hello from the waiters even if they came the day before... What a shame to push us not to come back!

We had lunch one afternoon and we were welcomed with southern hospitality: not proutprout and very friendly.
The menu is simple (which is often a sign of freshness) the dishes are very good: we ate a salmon tartare and thyme chicken with fries and mash, we enjoyed ourselves.
The prices are correct for a restaurant in the heart of Aix and what we had on our plate.

03/11/2024: Very friendly welcome, very original cocktail, it’s a pleasure to discover them. Despite the somewhat cold atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff knew how to make this moment warm on this Sunday evening. Simple and delicate dishes.

commande une salade veggie
elle était composé d’une boule de semoule non cuite 2 tranches minuscules d’avocats de restes de ratatouille cuite et recuite et surtout de tomates en décomposition
tout cela arrosé d’une sauce industrielle

The mouse doesn't really have any taste, not at all tender but rather dry (reheat in the microwave instead of cooking at low temperature for hours)
no more homemade mash replaced by frozen fries. No nice presentation on the plates.
We want to understand the change of accompaniment, but doing something homemade smells like the METRO.
Too expensive for the quality offered, we feel a little cheated..., I don't recommend it, good for just a drink.
The servers are still nice.

07/08/2024: Endroit calme et agréable avec la fontaine mais le serveur grand et chauve peu avenant, non souriant et se permet des réflexions concernant des pieds d’un enfant de deux ans sur le siège. Nous comprenons sa remarque mais il y a des manières de demander les choses poliment et gentiment.
Bien pour le lieu, nul pour le service.
20/07/2024: We ordered a gin and tonic and a caipirinha, not good. The gin and tonic was served in a tube glass, no tonic, tasted like still water. L caipirinha in a large glass with ice cubes, not crushed ice, not great. Too bad, the setting is really very nice.

26/09/2024: If you want to buy a grilled sandwich that's more expensive than anywhere else, go to Paul's. Impressive to see that they agree to sell a product that looks and tastes completely burnt.
I was too far away when I noticed it otherwise I would have brought it back.

11/08/2024: Je me suis régalé un accueil très professionnel et la qualité des plats servis étaient remarquable je recommande la viande au feu de bois sans hésiter
07/07/2024: Testé il y a quelques jours avec un ami.
J'ai bien aimé le cadre, tout en pierre, un peu sombre... c'est appréciable... mais on peut regretter qu'il n'y ait pas la clim' d'activée (surtout avec le grill).
Le service est souriant, sympa, mais un peu sous l'eau!
Côté nourriture, j'ai bien mangé... tout ce que j'ai pris était bon, plutôt copieux... une super viande (en plus au grill!). Ma seule déception venait des entrées: l'os a moelle est tout minuscule... et surtout quand on connait le prix, c'est vraiment abusé. Globalement je trouve le prix des entrées bien trop cher (alors que le reste est "classique").
En tout cas, j'ai passé un bon moment, j'essaierai de revenir!
