05/07/2026: I went to La Croissanterie twice this weekend, and one of the waitresses was very unpleasant.
I'm a regular customer, and everything is usually wonderful. But this waitress really ruined the experience: every time I asked a question, I felt like I was bothering her, sometimes even being judged. She didn't respond to any polite greetings, not even a hello or goodbye, which was really tiresome. I understand that working in a restaurant is hard; nobody expects perfect service every time, but feeling judged and never receiving respect in return is unacceptable. It's a real shame.
27/06/2026: Laurent gave a super warm welcome and excellent service, and the coffee was very good, I'll be back more often!

19/05/2026: A varied selection presented on a slate. Good and generous portions. I had a 5A andouillette sausage, prepared in the traditional style, with homemade fries. The strawberries Melba was excellent. Efficient and friendly service. The basement location isn't very appealing.

14/04/2026: A beautiful establishment in the heart of Aix-en-Provence. We regularly go there, especially for special occasions like Sarah's daughter's birthday, and it's always a success. The setting is charming and the atmosphere is decidedly festive, perfect for a wonderful evening with friends. The welcome is warm and you quickly feel at ease. An ideal place to celebrate and enjoy a convivial moment. I highly recommend it!

Very limited wine list.... No 50cl bottles of wine...
No ice cream menu...
Uncomfortable fabric banquettes that need replacing...

The grilled chicken was placed on a huge amount of salad with virtually no dressing. There were very few parmesan shavings and the black olives were tasteless and tasted like they came straight from a can. Avoid at all costs...
04/03/2026: We had squid as a starter; it was the only thing that was really good, but expensive at €13 for a plate. The mussels didn't really have any flavor. They were neither good nor bad. As for the fish with aioli, the aioli didn't really taste of garlic, and the fish was full of bones for €23. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

10/06/2026: I sat down, waited a good 10 minutes for a waiter to come over, said "Excuse me, chef" so he'd look at me, and he immediately got offended: "I'm not the chef, you know, and if there's no 'hello,' I won't serve you." Great, all you got was a bad review and a customer who'll never come back. Change jobs if you don't like it, but don't take it out on your customers. Cheers, chef.
24/05/2026: We simply had a drink on the terrace. The sofa was very dirty, the service was mediocre, and their homemade lemonade at €6.90 is a complete rip-off! Flat water with a slice of lemon and a mint leaf... no taste at all! And the toilet was disgusting... once was enough.

16/01/2026: Responsive service, appealing daily menu, good quality steak (flank steak), well-portioned (neither too much nor too little). Nothing extraordinary, but it's good and the price is reasonable. Downstairs in the vaulted cellar, it has a surprisingly intimate, cellar-like feel. One major drawback: no Wi-Fi. A shame.

21/05/2026: The waiter was smiling, friendly, and very pleasant. There was little wait, and the white wine was excellent value for money, though perhaps a touch too chilled for my taste, but that's a matter of personal preference.
I've tried several terraces, and I'll definitely be back to Mus. The glass of wine is generously poured, which is rare in Aix-en-Provence.
