18/07/2026: The Agachon restaurant on the road to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer is well-located. The welcome was fantastic! We had two grilled cuttlefish – absolutely delicious! 👍🙂 The service was quick, and the homemade desserts were amazing. I highly recommend stopping by. You can come at 2 pm and they'll serve you at your table. There's a shaded terrace and an air-conditioned dining room. Thank you, Agachon! See you soon! 🙂👍

21/08/2026: We ate the half chicken and the sirloin steak! The chicken was tasty (large portion) and the sirloin steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare)! The Italian salad was also incredibly delicious!! The service was very professional!! If something is good, it should be said!!

18/08/2026: An unpleasant tourist trap. Given the appearance and location of the "Bistrot Arlésien," we expected what is commonly called a "tourist trap." Intending to have a drink and then a meal, we approached a rather unfriendly waiter who directed us to tables on the square (salad sprinklers and mosquito repellent were provided). The man took our orders with even less enthusiasm. The drinks arrived, and of course, nothing special for the price: mediocre beers and "homemade" tea bags with little flavor. Following this behavior, we decided not to eat there again, to which Mr. Aimable replied, "Well, you should have told me beforehand," and took back the menus, almost sighing. They need to do some serious staff reductions > the tall man with dark, curly hair tied back makes your average establishment a place to absolutely avoid...

27/06/2026: Beautiful restaurant, excellent and refined cuisine, fair prices, and attentive service. I loved it. It was a midday meal for just a few of us, and the room was fabulously quiet. Fantastic.

24/06/2026: A restaurant in a 5-star hotel should be positioned accordingly. It's on par with a Novotel. Good, but not exceptional. The staff are friendly and helpful, but again, Novotel-level.

26/05/2026: A motel-style room in the garden was available for rent: clean and pleasant, comfortable bedding, mosquito nets on the shutters, and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. The major pluses were the swimming pool in the garden with sun loungers, the peaceful atmosphere, and the very friendly and welcoming staff. Lunch and dinner are available on-site (restaurant). Breakfast is generous and can be enjoyed on the terrace. For those arriving by car: parking is available. For those arriving on foot, it takes about 40 minutes from Arles train station and 25-30 minutes from the historic center of Arles. Keep in mind that once you leave the city center of Arles, there isn't much to see along the way. The nearby Beauchamp marsh is also worth a visit and is very pleasant for a walk.

12/05/2026: The hotel is very clean and the staff are especially lovely! It's located outside the city, which makes it very quiet, but at the same time, it's close to the city center, allowing easy access to amenities. It also has a very pleasant and peaceful outdoor area.

05/08/2026: Disclaimer: The restaurant's name is Charcuterie, so the specialty should be cheese and cured meat platters. We sit down, and the daily specials are offered. The owner apparently only speaks French, so we take a photo from HIS reviews showing "the large cured meat and cheese platter" and ask for the same. The same dish is also on the menu published on Google. Okay, no problem. We receive a dish that's less than half the size: a cheese, a cured meat, a terrine, and some figs. We ask for an explanation, because what was brought to us isn't what's shown in the photo. We're rudely told that the photo is a few years old, so we can't expect the same. Needless to say, they certainly haven't stopped producing cheese and cured meats, especially since we're rudely turned away from the restaurant. Avoid (we were satisfied a few meters away).

27/03/2026: The state of the outdoor toilets is deplorable. Chico always introduces his fabulous flautist. He's always there at every performance. But he's presented as a new addition, there only for this evening. Perhaps you should stop buying cheap cheese from Lidl. You could do better with the desserts. And this time the paella was just okay. It would be nice to vary the music a bit instead of always playing the same thing. In the summer there's a lack of heating, in the winter there's a lack of air conditioning.

12/03/2026: I'll be going back soon, it's really lovely, but the gypsy band needs to be there in full force. I recommend it for couples who enjoy good food and especially appreciate these wonderful musical experiences.

05/06/2026: We stayed here for our honeymoon before our wedding at Chateau de Paon. It was an oasis, with gorgeous rooms and great service. Breakfast is pricy but so good that if you take your time it’s worth every penny.

30/06/2026: An exceptional restaurant in an exceptional setting. The menu was creative, unique, and full of interesting flavors. It was a truly memorable experience and one I would love to repeat someday. We only visited the restaurant and did not stay at the hotel.

31/07/2026: We just had a drink in the afternoon, and our drinks were served on an unwashed table covered in pigeon feathers, and the waiter didn't seem to mind at all. The service was pretty awful. That's it for us.
