20/08/2026: A historic café in the city of Arles. Conveniently located on the main boulevard. The interior is pleasant and the service is good.

13/08/2026: I don't often leave very negative reviews, but the experience was so unpleasant that I couldn't refrain from writing. We spoke to the servers about our bad impression, but they weren't the least bit bothered. Speaking of the service, it was hot, which was tough, but being approached by three different people without a single smile didn't exactly inspire joy during service. The wine: A 25cl glass of wine was served in a carafe, without the bottle being visible, which is unbearable for wine lovers. It was corked, which happens. Its replacement arrived, also in a carafe, but with a completely different taste. You don't need to be a world champion oenologist to know it wasn't the same wine. The tapas: Half of the tapas were microwaved. The guacamole tastes like something from El Paso; I'd guess it came from a bucket at Metro. The hummus is okay. The charcuterie is bad, tasteless; even the bull sausage isn't as good as a proper butcher's sausage. Mixed platter: Bland charcuterie and cheese. Maybe foreign tourists don't realize it, but really, it's better to have less but better quality. Burrata: I barely touched it. No flavor. Like with the platter, I prefer a smaller but flavorful burrata. No, really a bad experience.

25/05/2026: A superb discovery! This restaurant, nestled in the heart of the Camargue, boasts a beautiful, peaceful terrace. There you'll find Gabriel, a warm and welcoming host, accompanied by his father, and a chef who elevates traditional dishes to new heights. The portions are generous from appetizer to dessert, ensuring a pleasant and convivial experience. If you're like us, you'll want to return twice to try even more dishes on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever in the area.

23/05/2026: Thank you to the young manager and his father for the warm welcome at the pizza oven; the pizza was excellent. The chef was fantastic, as was the waitress. We'll definitely be back!

06/08/2026: We were looking for a place to have dinner in a small, quiet square. That's how we ended up at La Mule Blanche. We initially just wanted to have a drink while we looked for our dinner, but the friendly welcome and the pleasant atmosphere convinced us to stay. The service was reasonably timed despite a two-hour power outage in the area a few hours earlier. Our bill came to €58 for a cocktail and a main course each.

04/08/2026: La Mule Blanche: A wonderful discovery in the heart of the historic center! Nestled in one of the charming alleyways of the city center, La Mule Blanche restaurant is an excellent choice! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was particularly friendly and warm. The service was both quick and incredibly efficient throughout the meal, which is always much appreciated. The food was flawless: the portions were very generous and the quality was outstanding. We tried the tuna tataki and the Caesar salad; both were simply perfect, very well seasoned, and prepared with care. Another real plus: the wine list (by the glass or bottle) remains quite reasonably priced. As for the prices of the dishes, they are right in line with the city average for this level of service. Excellent value for money and a very friendly atmosphere: you can go there with your eyes closed!
