22/04/2026: Reservation for 2 on a Tuesday evening: We received a warm welcome; the staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent, the delicious dishes flowed smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This wasn't our first visit, and we will gladly return.

First time at this establishment, and certainly not the last.
Everything was delicious: from the aperitif to the dessert, including the main course and the wine.
Refined dishes, well-prepared and beautifully presented.

20/02/2026: Following a recommendation from a fellow walker, we went into this small, simple but welcoming restaurant. We received a very warm welcome; it was quite busy, but we waited patiently. The meal was excellent; we were pleasantly surprised by the food, everything was delicious. I chose a glass of white wine from the Charentes region, which was excellent—a little dry yet also slightly fruity. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are ever in Rochefort. 19/02/2026: A group of four people, just for a drink in the early afternoon. The welcome was appalling: no hello, no thank you, no please. The card payment terminal was broken, not a word of apology, not a smile, not a goodbye. No desire to ever set foot in there again.

Simple but delicious food, and absolutely divine desserts! The crumble was heavenly… kudos to the pastry chef.

The salmon bagel was very fresh and generous.
The steak was overcooked, and the dry, non-homemade fries were disappointing. The gourmet coffee was very good.

Friendly welcome and pleasant service.
The food was acceptable, except for the burger, which was dry and could use some improvement: sauce, a slice of chorizo, a bit of Comté cheese, and a slice of onion. The meat had a greasy taste.
