28/08/2024: My experience concerns the restaurant. Very good cuisine that I didn't know and yet I often passed it on my way to and from Brive. It is obviously a reference in the commune of Malemort because it is a rallying point for the municipal team 😉
25/08/2024: A slightly aging establishment, however, a very warm welcome.
Ideal for a stopover.

14/09/2024: Travelling France and staying in the near by campsite we came across this place at the end of the street. Not really researching it or knowing about it we went it and had the most delicious food. Small menu so we both chose something different so we could taste each others. This did not disappoint at all. Great tastes, great presentation and great service. The wine is also very reasonably priced. Bravo.

21/08/2024: A unique experience in an exceptional setting: a cozy hotel, very stylish decoration with particular and impeccable care. Holidaymakers from Beaujolais but originally from Limousin, we were seduced by the quality of the welcome given to us, the charm of our room, the availability and kindness of the Bastidie Manager and his colleague. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend La Bastidie.. Only Happiness 🤩

16/09/2024: Points positifs : Cadre sympathique (ambiance château/maison bourgeoise) / rapport qualité-prix du menu / Bons produits, bien cuisinés, copieux (le fameux soufflé aux noix est toujours excellent)/ Service rapide malgré le nombre de tables
Points à améliorer : Tenue vestimentaire du serveur (un peu trop cool par rapport au lieu) / Difficulté pour joindre le restaurant par téléphone / Mettre un ferme porte sur la porte des toilettes pour qu'elle reste fermée lorsque l'on déjeune au restaurant ;)

30/08/2024: I don't know about the hotel but as for the restaurant, go your way. The meats are not cooked correctly and are bland and the side dishes tasteless. 28€... tasteless is expensive.

05/12/2024: Aging rooms with decor from another century 😅 and yes it smells like the 90s but clean. Smiling and available service and welcome Very decent breakfast which makes it very good value for money

14/01/2025: Very clean and modern hotel, the staff received us very well, very professional.
We had a room with a view of the Dordogne and the Orgues, incredible sunset!
The restaurant and breakfast are of very good quality and plentiful.
A big thank you for the welcome, I recommend!

03/09/2024: Magnificent setting by the lake and in the shade of the trees. Fast service, waiter and waitresses available despite the numerous customers, cuisine and service without any particular comments. A good time around a good meal.
28/08/2024: The setting is absolutely heavenly and the food and the kindness of the staff only enhance it.
The pizzas are excellent, the dough very thin, the products of good quality and in good quantity.
The fries, certainly homemade, are not too salty, just what they need.
The prices remain very affordable and the soundtrack! At the top, very tasteful!

11/09/2024: What a pleasure to be served by two people (Émilie and Gaétan) who are as smiling as they are pleasant.
Gaétan is a good salesman to offer current offers and Émilie is super efficient in serving you quickly.
I would happily return to this bakery
24/08/2024: We showed up around 5:30 p.m., almost more bread than baguettes, no choice. Two unpleasant sellers.
We want to have pizzas and there is no choice but quarters so we choose 5 quarters of pizzas. And we realize that in the end we got pizzas worth €17, which is crazy.
