19/04/2026: A dreadful experience. We're regulars, and the service and food are getting worse every month. Last night, I ordered a grilled burger and was given a "mythical" burger. I mentioned it to the waitress, who took my burger back to the kitchen. There, they added a slice of cheddar cheese, but they didn't remove the lettuce or the bacon slice, which wasn't originally in the burger. They tried to make me believe everything was sorted out. There were three fries practically fighting each other on my plate. I was given a dirty spoon for dessert. The waiter shouted in the dining room that he didn't know how to make an Irish coffee, as if he owned the place. The customers behind us told the waitress their steak was cold. She apologized and left, and after a few minutes, she realized her response was inappropriate and finally apologized. Other customers complained about empty plates. In short, I used to be a very regular customer, but now I'm going to avoid this restaurant. If you don't turn things around, you'll end up closing down, and that's a real shame.
