17/06/2024: Petit restaurant (30 couverts max... réservez si vous êtes nombreux) avec une ambiance très friendly! Les plats sont bons et bien présentés et présentent un assortiment de plats qu'on trouverait dans un restau familial de Bristol (ou.. d'Hastings). Les prix sont très corrects et le personnel, même "dans le jus", farde sa bonne humeur! Bref, une très bonne expérience que l'on n'hésitera pas à refaire! En plus, l'anglophile que je suis à pu pratiquer sa langue préférée avec le patron!

27/09/2024: Many of us arrived without warning. The boss set up a space for all of us. A special dish was even prepared for a person with a special diet. Pleasant service, responsive boss. At the top!

29/08/2024: First and last time. Very cold welcome and atmosphere. Pizza 🍕 the pilot no toppings on it with a lot of gruyere and also very oily, limit yourself to bringing a sponge to soak up the oil. 😫

16/06/2024: I went there yesterday, Saturday. For a coffee break. 4 or 5 people arrive after me. Kisses, hello how are you?...regulars surely. The guys order before me, without waiting their turn. And the waitress...takes their order (a coffee too) straight away! So I left. They won't see me again. I'll go get the coffee a little further away!

02/09/2024: Disappointed compared to previous years. Everything was fine until the main course, it was delicious and good service. But from the moment a table of around 10 people arrived, it was a disaster. There were 4 tables in total, and we waited 30 minutes to be cleared, we also thought that we had been forgotten for dessert. To end up with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream and a little whipped cream instead of a white lady. €8.40 is expensive for a scoop of vanilla ice cream. At the time I didn't dare tell the waitress but when it came time to pay, I told myself that after all I could pass on the information. In the end I was told that I should have said it. Personally I would have apologized even if the mistake was not mine. The boss who clears the empty tables while we've been waiting for a while for our order to be taken... In short, there weren't many people but the service wasn't great and too long.

15/08/2024: ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Hotel "le relay des lilas" in Parthenay, 1 night (from 20 to 21/07 without breakfast) aging room/bathroom, unwelcoming staff. When we showed up, the receptionist (incomprehensible orally) did not find us on their Booking reservation list, and made us pay directly on site, and on 08/13 Booking took the sum of 85 € in my account. In conclusion, this hotel was paid for twice!!! I am filing a complaint with Booking today!

01/09/2024: Perfect setting and welcome..our server was excellent.the meal went well. The mussels and fries are very good. The filled pancake. Fast service. Big disappointment. With the rum baba without the taste of rum..4 cl of rum.for a nice slice of cake. Disappointing. After complaint. The owner confirmed to us that she did not have any rum on her arm...disappointing note for the end of the meal

11/09/2024: Le cadre est superbe. Nous nous sommes régalés. Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné... même pour mon chiot qui nous accompagnait. Service impeccable et sympa. Menu surprise à 34 euros: apéro, superbes mises en bouche, entrée, plats et desserts. Produits de qualité. Cuisine raffinée. Nous n'avons jamais mangé une viande de boeuf aussi tendre et goûteuse. Les vins sont à des prix démocratiques (c'est rare!). Nous avons choisi un Colombelle à 13,50 - un régal. La salle peut accueillir des groupes. Il s'agit avant tout d'un traiteur qui propose ses créations dans son restaurant qui n'est ouvert que le samedi midi et le dimanche midi... Il faut réserver. A tout le personnel, merci pour tout. Vivement d'y retourner!

Indeed, there was a strong heat approaching 35 degrees in the restaurant that day, not to mention that we could not open the windows. I understand that it was also complicated for your employees, but in no case did we deserve to suffer such aggressive behavior and to endure this heat, while you prioritized a table of colleagues (3 people) who benefited a fan unlike the rest of the customers. (elderly, baby) My grandparents wanted to mark the occasion by bringing together the family of several generations, even those who came from far away, to spend some time together, because it may be one of the last, we will not forget it, that's a certainty... .
