01/08/2026: Last night, Friday, June 19, 2026. We had the pleasure of dining at "Au Colombier" in Milly-la-Forêt, managed by Benjamin and Fabienne. We enjoyed a succulent foie gras and a burger on rösti, the roasted meat of which was a delight, and the fries were perfectly crispy without a trace of grease. On the terrace, we felt like we were on vacation, far from the hustle and bustle of Paris. The entire team is exceptionally welcoming. We look forward to returning very soon. Friend, Jean-Yves

24/05/2026: Fantastic hotel: the welcome was very pleasant, friendly, and warm. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was just as good as the night's stay. We will return to explore the region further.

18/04/2026: A warm and friendly welcome. We opted for the set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) and were not disappointed. The foie gras, rack of lamb, and strawberry tart were delicious and homemade. I highly recommend this restaurant; it offers excellent value for money.

22/07/2026: July 13, 2026, a 25-minute wait to be served for aperitifs, and the main courses arrived 10 minutes later. We had to ask for our own glasses for the wine, and bread and mustard weren't placed on the table. The wait was far too long, and a couple who arrived before us were served 20 minutes after we were served. However, three police officers who arrived after everyone else were seated and served before us. This is surprising; I've never seen anything like it. We had already been there for New Year's Eve three years ago. It's a lovely establishment with friendly staff, except for the person at the entrance who wasn't very welcoming and was the exception that evening. The food is good, there's a terrace outside, and I recommend it!

18/07/2026: Really not great… the red meat was poorly cooked and of very average quality. The saucy dish was tasteless and undercooked, which also needs improvement! Despite this, the staff were smiling and pleasant.

09/06/2026: A must-visit! A very pleasant setting in a beautiful location. The staff is friendly and the owner is lovely! A warm atmosphere, and the bar doesn't encroach on the restaurant area, which is excellent! The food is good and high quality!

30/05/2026: Passing through Milly-la-Forêt, I stumbled upon this charming little restaurant. A delightful array of desserts prepared by the owner in the kitchen and excellent wine recommendations from the waitress, Marie. Thank you for a lovely evening.
